- abreinig, on 07/02/2009, -3/+104NEWS FLASH. WOMAN DONT PREFER GEEKS!
- mrjit, on 07/02/2009, -0/+89If I can get a woman who doubles as an honest, non-passive aggressive kinky freak who is faithful, sure - your wish may be granted. (Pigs are not flying today).
- bicyclethief, on 07/02/2009, -6/+91"Divine Caroline" sounds like a fatty.
- klick37, on 07/02/2009, -1/+85Isn't digging this kind of like patting yourself on the back and whispering soothing words into your own ear?
- StigNordas, on 07/02/2009, -2/+66I only wish more women would look past the muscles, tan and spiky hair and see the true, inner developer in us.
- asnider, on 07/02/2009, -0/+61Buried as inaccurate: Millhouse is NOT the best Simpsons character.

- damnshoes, on 07/02/2009, -1/+50im a geek and ive been single since pre-school. :(
- mrjit, on 07/02/2009, -1/+48I'm burying you to cockblock.
- Hug101, on 07/02/2009, -1/+44I think the author does not know what a geek is.
- borez, on 07/02/2009, -1/+44Wtf was that? Unsee, Unsee.
- morningmatters, on 07/02/2009, -0/+42Written by a male nerd cosplaying as a female writer in order to vent.
- dtfinch, on 07/02/2009, -0/+42Only the healthy, thin, attractive geeks with good hygiene and social skills.

The only thing you're developing is skin cancer. - Ravatar, on 07/02/2009, -0/+35Yea it sounds like this girl loves nerds because they're desperate, and make her the center of attention.
- dave122, on 07/02/2009, -6/+41i think she meant: "Four reasons why women prefer gay men."
- Rudegar, on 07/02/2009, -2/+36***** you to of my friends dislocated their jaws doing that! :P
- borez, on 07/02/2009, -0/+33"A recent British survey of 2,000 women and men revealed IT nerds to be at the top of a list of lovers’ occupations"
Reason: The majority of British women are money grabbers who liked to be paid for ( believe me I know) and... British IT workers get paid a lot of money. - LaurenElder, on 07/02/2009, -4/+36Hmm...Can I get a nerd who doubles as a mechanic/firefighter? That'd be pretty hot.
- sockpuppets, on 07/02/2009, -0/+32Are you into puppets baby?
- durruticolumn, on 09/18/2009, -0/+30
Because socially adjusted geeks are intellectual alpha males. The keyword there is socially adjusted, otherwise you're just a creepy dick who knows a lot of *****. - cheddaro, on 07/02/2009, -0/+29If you're a man, you'd usually do well to take all the advice a woman gives in an article about relationships, and do the exact opposite.
If you want to get laid that is. - wbowen05, on 07/02/2009, -0/+27This is followed by 4 reasons why ET on the Atari 2600 was the greatest game of all time.
- dave122, on 07/02/2009, -0/+27I put out a gas fire I started in my driveway because I was bored once. Does that count?
And by put out I mean watched it burn until the gas was all gone. - kjones555, on 07/02/2009, -1/+27Now will someone tell this to all the girls in Georgia...and hand out my number with it?
- Sideshowslob, on 07/02/2009, -3/+29*points and laughs
- GorfTron, on 07/02/2009, -0/+24This pic still makes my skin crawl as a laugh. This is the Mona Lisa of Guidos.
- staffa, on 07/02/2009, -0/+22The problem with this article and your response is the same. Being a geek doesn't define who you are other than your love of technology and certain related cultural touchstones.
Geeks can be everything she described and everything you described because being a geek doesn't define those things. - Spire3660, on 07/02/2009, -0/+21Round is a shape too!
- kingmanic, on 07/02/2009, -0/+21'I only wish more women would look past the muscles, tan and spiky hair and see the true, inner developer in us.'
I've noticed guys and girls who want to be loved for their inner self ussually can't do that themselves. Girls are better at loving a guys inner self more so than guys are. I had this problem long ago. I noticed I'd bitch and moan about how girls just want the meat head douche and then noticed I only wanted the cute girls. Once I reconciled the fact that really we all want to be with someone we THINK could do better then I worked out how to get the cute girls. Don't be a desperate misanthrope because that tells them THEY could do better. - PowderedToasty, on 07/02/2009, -5/+26You have to be a high functioning geek for this to apply to you. You can't spend all your time playing wow in the basement with star wars posters on your walls. She's talking about normal people with geeky tendencies. (Digg has nothing to do with you not getting laid)
- XkenX87, on 07/02/2009, -4/+24Fat chicks are the only ones who like me. I dislike fat chicks.
- sockpuppets, on 07/02/2009, -0/+20Can I get her number?
- DrPeer, on 07/02/2009, -3/+23Keep dreaming guys.
- pkon, on 07/02/2009, -0/+19All this girl does is bring out bad stereotypes about different individuals and makes geeks sound like they're the pinnacle of perfection. Might as well re-do the article and point out all the things you look for in a guy because guess what, everybody in this world is different.
- mkameli, on 07/02/2009, -0/+19The missing piece to the puzzle that many geeks lack is merely self-confidence, and in some cases, social graces, but both come with practice.
- Bartboy919, on 07/02/2009, -0/+18:(
- djfacemachine, on 07/02/2009, -0/+18Geeky women prefer geeks maybe. I don't think the cheerleading squad is looking for some nerd guy to sweep them off their feet.
- Gloogle, on 07/02/2009, -0/+16healthy *check*
thin *check*
attractive geek *check*
good hygiene *check*
social skills ******! SO CLOSE!* - Choobie, on 07/02/2009, -0/+15I'm a mechanical engineer and a volunteer firefighter. Does that count?
- CivicTV, on 08/14/2009, -0/+15I'm sure being a cat wearing crocs isn't the real issue. Its how the ***** do you type?
- ScionAltera, on 07/02/2009, -0/+15@amr05h: I laughed at that comment. Turns out... there's more than one type of geek. She chose poorly.
- inactive, on 07/02/2009, -0/+15What woman wouldn't find this guy irresistible?
