Exchange Student Starved by Religious Fanatics

seattletimes.nwsource.com — Jonathan McCullum was denied food by his Coptic Christian host family in Egypt, and went from 155lb to 97lb when he returned to the US four months later. He had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks upon returning, but his parents say he has become subdued and may be psychologically scarred from his experience.
