- daimposter, on 06/30/2008, -9/+181they forgot britney spears. She has the power to be famous even though she lacks skills, talent or personality.
- nshady, on 07/01/2008, -2/+137I just realised I have never seen the Cracked homepage.
- davesigmachi, on 06/30/2008, -4/+134Also, Jack Lucas. The youngest Congressional Medal of Honor winner ever, he survived jumping on a grenade AND later skydiving with a dysfunctional parachute.
- jakash, on 06/30/2008, -6/+123Brilliant - one of the most interesting and well written Cracked articles I've read for a while. Obviously you could argue that the flying guy doesn't have any "real mutant superpowers", but I'm gonna leave it because of sheer epic AWESOMENESS!
- failedpimp, on 06/30/2008, -1/+110Uberboy will grow up to be the governor of Cali-for-nia, after a long and successful movie career.
- inactive, on 07/01/2008, -3/+97Ben Underwood kicks ass
- NinjaPirateDude, on 06/30/2008, -1/+78GO MONKFORCE!
- Tryptomine, on 07/01/2008, -1/+76Her powers still pale in comparison to Paris Hilton.
- skankin231, on 07/01/2008, -1/+64From the article:
"If you're still wondering where the mutant part of this guy's super power comes in, than you obviously haven't considered the size of the balls it takes to do what he does." - InfernoX, on 07/01/2008, -1/+58I can't believe that bitch at the start said "It's something you have to see to believe".
- TimTim, on 07/01/2008, -2/+56The words "off" and "of" are spelled correctly for the first time in a Digg comment this year!
- siobhankeogh, on 07/01/2008, -1/+48I've read about Ben Underwood before, and it seems like something all blind people could be taught to do, which is pretty ***** rad and much more effective than a dog and a walking stick. Cheaper, too.
- davesigmachi, on 06/30/2008, -5/+50I nominate kid who just recently survived 1,000 foot fall in his car off of Pike's Peak, http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_9692614?source=p ...
- hartley, on 07/01/2008, -3/+46Masutatsu Oyama is my new hero.
- jakash, on 06/30/2008, -3/+46No offence to Cracked, but I think they just ordered this list in the order the items were reasearched or something - otherwise, how could real-life superstrength or a real-life Daredevil be beaten by a guy with a good stomach.
- Rally603, on 07/01/2008, -1/+42Tila Tequila?
I'm sure we could keep this list going. - rabidbob, on 07/01/2008, -0/+40Dude, I dunno about you but I'm staying well away from someone who can ***** an airplane.
- dullnation, on 07/01/2008, -0/+39He failed to die when driving off a cliff and falling 1000ft as a suicide attempt. His secret power is fail if you ask me.
- itsradBrad, on 07/01/2008, -3/+39In regard to sonar boy:
Did anyone else catch that his mom's name is Aquanetta?
Aqua-net-uh? Are you serious lady, really? - inactive, on 06/30/2008, -6/+38It's not clear what will happen as Uberboy grows up. All we have is this quote that is from The Washington Post despite sounding like it's from a Marvel origin: "But inasmuch as no one has ever encountered a child such as this boy or studied animals with defective myostatin genes into old age, his health--and eventual strength--remains unknown."
- And he will wear a wife beater, a crew cut and be the world most massive douche!! - dinobot, on 06/30/2008, -2/+35What would be his superhero name, Indestructo?
- twiztidsinz, on 07/01/2008, -0/+31Maybe because he devoured a ***** plane?
- wreckosaurus, on 07/01/2008, -1/+31I believe this is actual footage of that guy fighting a bull. I'm still in disbelief that a man could kill a bull though.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MapyZq4YIo - groo68, on 07/01/2008, -1/+30Have you ever actually seen or heard any of Micheal Jackson's stuff from the early 90's back to the 70's?
- inactive, on 07/01/2008, -2/+29You don't know jack about the legend of Oyama so don't pretend you do.
That man went into the mountains of Japan and spent two years in isolation pounding his fists into trees, living off what he could catch, and meditating.
Oyama is regarded as the best martial artist of all time by many experts.
Perhaps his numerous feats in front of live audiences were not all fakes as you claim based on your 30 second assessment of a youtube video. - DeskFlyer, on 07/01/2008, -1/+27"Jeremy Sawinski (Jeremyz0r)
A 21 year-old damsel who joined Digg on June 15th, 2008"
Are you sure you know what 'damsel' means? - wreckosaurus, on 07/01/2008, -1/+27I could beat up that baby
- logicet, on 07/01/2008, -0/+24I wonder why he doesn't get a machine to make the noise for him... The clicking part seems very tedious. Amazingg that someone would develop this skill on their own and perfect it to the degree he has.
- Easyoffbam, on 07/01/2008, -0/+20....to where?
- wreckosaurus, on 07/01/2008, -1/+21Here's some more about the uber-baby's condition
http://www.who-sucks.com/people/monstrous-myostati ... - Newedge14, on 07/01/2008, -2/+18uberboy - "YOU DON"T LIKE ME WHEN I"M ANGRY!!!!"
- DatoeDakari, on 07/01/2008, -0/+15You know, like the hairspray
- Protoss, on 07/01/2008, -0/+15The man made Thriller!
- tmyprod, on 07/01/2008, -1/+16All popes could do that, he's still in pope-training.
- Bullsnot, on 07/01/2008, -0/+14Is that Aquaman's wife? Makes sense that he developed sonar. He just pretends its learned, has to keep the family identity protected.
- freshgrease, on 07/01/2008, -1/+14"Thus we introduce our superhero squad: Super-strong babies flying in jet packs, navigating with surgical precision through the darkest and coldest of nights, tearing your tanks apart with super strength karate blows and eating them, only to fly back up into the air and ***** your own weapons back on top of you." I haven't laughed this hard in ages. Either this is epic, or I've misplaced rational thought at 1 in the morning.
- rockhell, on 07/01/2008, -0/+13gah hahahaha! she was named after hairspray!
- protoopus, on 07/01/2008, -0/+13that puzzles me, too. i mean, the heart IS a muscle, right?
- ileftfark, on 07/01/2008, -2/+14Choi Yeong-eui was Korean.
- subterfuge, on 07/01/2008, -4/+16nah, he just imbibed a waterwalking potion
- jbham184, on 07/01/2008, -0/+11thanks for dumbing it down, IglooBurner
- SilverBack101, on 07/01/2008, -1/+12Well, they can easily take a heart from a bull killed by Oyama and put that in the kid.
- chrissku, on 07/01/2008, -1/+12Mister Eat Everything (aka The Human Goat)
I'm sure his anus didn't appreciate painting the porcelain with aeroplane parts :( - seantubridy, on 07/01/2008, -1/+12Some may be powers and some just weird, but Ben is the only inspirational one.
- anogenic, on 07/01/2008, -0/+9The last photo in that article is really disturbing.
- twiztidsinz, on 07/01/2008, -0/+9you typed in the wrong URL. Go here: http://www.4chan.org
- blackinthmiddle, on 07/01/2008, -0/+9I've seen his story before. Go to youtube. There's like 5 parts. He still needs a walking stick because there are too many areas where ecolocation doesn't work. For example, if he walked by a huge ditch, he'd simply fall in it as he clicks straight ahead and not downward. Also, he can't cross streets with heavy traffic. He landed up going to a school that taught him how to use all of his faculties to navigate the world. His mom and dad did an AMAZING job raising him!
- funkyjunk3, on 07/01/2008, -0/+9The guy in the video, Qi Gong grandmaster Jou Tsung Hwa died about 10 years ago: http://www.taichifarm.org/Grandmaster_Jou_Tsung_hw ...
This is a great loss to humanity to see such a gifted being die.
He was not the only one however with great skill: http://www.hno.harvard.edu/gazette/2002/04.18/09-t ... - boejangles, on 07/01/2008, -0/+9So does his mom, Auquanetta.
Sadly if something ever happened to her, you know he would avenge her. -
