It kinda resembles Worms except there are no turns and you're just one guy with a lot of weapons.

Too bad so many good OSS games have trouble with that "last 10%" that is needed to make the game easy-enough-to-use so that they could get into such lists - for example, Spring RTS.

There are great free PC games that have paid "premium" options and those are fine, but we're going to steer clear from demos, or games that really can't be fully enjoyed without ponying up money."
If there is content locked away without donations, then it's not the full experience, ergo it can't be fully enjoyed.
Also, I would like to offer up Kingdom of Loathing. TECHINICALLY there's a pay aspect; a $10 donation nets you an item that can be traded in at the in-game store for some sweet loot (that changes every month), but all these items are tradeable, meaning if you have the in-game money (meat) you can get the item.
