Instead they have been favoring console designed titles with poorly done ports to the PC. I hope all the other big players look at these sales and understand that the PC has always been the ultimate gaming platform. With these two titles and Windows 7, I predict a new gaming renaissance for the PC.

- tonytroz, on 06/29/2009, -1/+5Yeah, taking the fact that it's STILL the de facto tournament RTS game in account, I think you can safely say SC is the best RTS ever. It's actually going to be hard for SC2 to match the closest to perfection balanced gameplay, but I'm sure it will still be great.

- kepone, on 06/30/2009, -0/+1Umm, i saw gameplay footage of it in 2007..several long videos with commentary on the new features and etc.. the game looked basically finished THEN..Just like the other vaporware, Starcraft Ghost. It's not like they are laying a new global framework to replace WoW or create a WoS? It's just a sequel to a fun but average RTS game, which ran great in videos based on 2007 graphics hardware..
