- mattcoady, on 06/15/2008, -12/+269Alright it's official, this game will be amazing:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gv7wy_x2HF0 - CUatTHEFINISH, on 06/15/2008, -0/+213It is not leaked, he is entered into a contest to win money for a charity of his choice, so he got the full version of the creature creator to make his entry. He and 49 others are all creating a creature for this contest. Apparently one of the other creators is Elijah Wood.
- bysin, on 06/15/2008, -1/+201Took 4 years and $5.2mil to develop a game that most of us will use to make funny looking penis-shaped creatures.

- sylvok, on 06/15/2008, -11/+176Spore is thinking ahead, in the PC gaming world piracy drains enough profit to make developers think twice about building games for us. Some have tried foolish anti-pirate measures, which have all failed. Mass Effect almost had a program that checks to make sure your game is valid every 10 days. Bioshock was a nightmare, which resulted in many calls to customer service.
Spore might have hit a jackpot in the ability to make a game that wont be pirated. The ability to connect online and use the communities worlds. Game developers a message to you, pirates will pay for your game if online play is a major aspect of the game. Heck look at Team Fortress 2, yes there are pirate versions available but most people pay for it because it uses online play as a major feature.
World of Warcraft is another good contender in this example. There are 'private servers' in which people can play a pirated copy of the game, but because blizzard does everything online and does a great job updating their game, people choose to pay for it. - luke16, on 06/15/2008, -3/+102http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MEyTASCUK-Y
- maubrowncow, on 06/15/2008, -2/+91well, lets not spin this. This isn't really a leak when the guy keeps saying, "I can't talk about ____ yet".
- sigafoo, on 06/15/2008, -3/+81the first "great creations" in spore are penis's.... the internet never ceases to amaze me with it's originality...
and yet i can't lied that i did lol at it... - keithburgun, on 06/15/2008, -2/+74"Heck look at Team Fortress 2, yes there are pirate versions available but most people pay for it because it uses online play as a major feature."
You mean, the *only* feature - Doktag, on 06/15/2008, -0/+61I wonder what percentage of the Spore universe is going to be made up of ***** monsters...
- praisethelard, on 06/15/2008, -0/+59That's so wrong...yet so wrong.
- CucumberBoy, on 06/15/2008, -4/+60If creationists prevent their kids from playing Pokemon because it 'teaches' them evolution, just think what this'll do.
Looks awesome. - Diderotten, on 06/15/2008, -0/+48He has one named "Dickbutt Eddie Galactigus" wtf?
- troubleshot, on 06/15/2008, -4/+51Free demo version of Creature Creator anyone...?
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XIM81WUR

- slegg, on 06/15/2008, -1/+36..., ***** buildings, ***** vehicles, ***** trees and last but not least ***** spaceships!
Guess it wasn't a good idea after all to give the player the opportunity to create everything. - dudefather, on 06/15/2008, -0/+32the concept of Spore sounds more like Intelligent Design
/gets coat - SumguyTwentyOne, on 06/15/2008, -2/+32Yep, just as much as The Sims on the GBA.
- OkamiImako, on 06/15/2008, -0/+27Did he just donkey punch the other alien towards the end?
- mCanada, on 06/15/2008, -0/+27It needs slightly more than Colecovision. Not much, but more.

- xaeon, on 06/15/2008, -1/+15Steam is a bright shining pioneer of how PC gaming should be.
- Tophillious, on 06/15/2008, -0/+14It looks like there's a little confusion about this... So let's get this straight.
The creature creator TRIAL was leaked on the net a couple days ago. This only featured 25% of the items.
This stream shows the FULL creature creator. NOT the full game.
If im wrong about something, please reply... - inactive, on 06/15/2008, -0/+14BECAUSE ROMAN HERE CLEARLY HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE VOLUME OF HIS VOICE!

- Zipp425, on 06/15/2008, -2/+15Yeah, its the same reason why people don't want to hack the 360, because they don't want to be banned from the live community.
