I used to play a lot of UT '99 and loved the feel of it, UT2003/4 always felt slow and sluggish, poorly balanced.

UT3 feels like you have lead boots on, no double dodging, the weapons have no knock back for vehicles(thus making it extremely unbalanced, unless of course you play ***** console games all day).

This was an impulse buy anyway. That's how Steam gets me with these sales, they make the price too damn good to pass up, I love it.

You don't need to upgrade the hardware in a console, that's the whole point - you save money while developers make prettier games on the same "un-upgradable" hardware. Compare a first-gen Xbox 360 game to a current one and you'll see what I'm talking about. Can you play a brand-new game on a PC that was built in late-2005? As far as no "further content" you've never heard of DLC on the Xbox 360 and PS3, you know, like map packs for FPS or song tracks for music games (GH/RB).

Bits of it are coming through, slowly, but knowing Valve, I wouldn't expect it to be finished any time soon. :P
