The only "girl" you are likely to meet is some transparent skinned fat guy rolling a female blood elf because he likes to look at her cartoony ass while he plays. He's not a complete fool though, because he knows if he pretends to be a real girl once in a while, he can get into more groups, and get free money/items from other male players more pathetic than him.
Being a gamer myself (casual), I reserve the right to make fun of other, less mentally fortunate gamers. I've never understood why a guy would roll a female toon since I always seem my avatars as a digital extension of myself. To each his own though. Also, I have always assumed every female player was a guy, unless they are in my guild and I have heard them speak.
