I'm not the only one who thought of that I'm sure.
The funny thing is, Starcraft has a significantly larger fan base than Warcraft did, and I imagine many WoW players might give it a shot when WoW begins getting old for them, but it'd likely cater to the more avid gamers rather than the casual ones that WoW tries to get, due to the VERY heavy reliance on the storyline that Starcraft has. That being said, I hope to God they don't screw this up. It'd need actual interplanetary travel, and combat, as orbital conflicts happen quite often in that Universe, as well as combat on orbital stations and platforms. It's not as simple as just an MMO shooter as there are dozens of worlds where main events occur in the Starcraft Universe, and I imagine the reason they haven't tried it yet is because of technical limitations such as those.
