On the tail I hit a jump the wrong way, landed on the front wheel the same way the guy in the vid did. Only I wasn't wearing a helmet. Broke my collar bone and ended up with 13 stitches in my head. That hurt. Worse, the collar bone took a full year to heal.
Years later I was riding down the sidewalk the wrong way next to busy street. My brother raced ahead of me by about 100yrds. That's when the car pulled out of the hotel driveway. My brother SLAMMED into the car full force, flipped on top of the hood, broke the windshield and rolled off the other side. He was a little dazed, scratched up and his bike was destroyed, but he walked away from it. If you use Flash or Adobe Flex for developing, the latest debug version comes with it (and is usually installed as a plugin for your browsers), sometimes causing issues with streaming video players written for Flash 8 in AS2. Get the latest plugin for a standard version of Flash player and install it on one of your browsers. IE seems to work best for me in that case.

I'll click the link, you'll see the video and it'll pause after a second, the audio will continue and by the time you it comes around you see everything happen super-fast or the result of what was happening.
