  • Dragon88, on 10/11/2007, -64/+10Did anyone else after hearing about all this stuff immediately go to google street view, and try to look up all the places they had had sex to make sure they weren't on the internet, naked in the woods, or in the backseat of a car in that parking lot, and been really relieved to find out those streets aren't on the map yet?

    Anyone? Or is this just me?

  • Sawta, on 10/11/2007, -3/+5I don't know why, but it feels like this altercation was either between a Father vs. Son thing with the mother (or just a passer by) as the women in the blue jacket yelling at the guy in the tan jacket.

    The other possibility being the guy with the hat being some kind of "other man" to the woman in the blue jacket and this is the moment when tan jacket figures out who he is...although the women looked a little old for him from what I saw in the picture.

      "Street View == Evil"
      Uh, no it's not... Lol. If I go driving down Market street in San Francisco and my friend in the front seat takes some photos with my digital camera and I upload them to a photo album under the title "My Trip to San Francisco," is that evil? For that matter, is it evil to take photos of scenic locations if there are random bystanders in the field of view? It's the same concept. This is a completely public place, and these individuals are doing something that anyone else could have photographed and uploaded to the internet.

      The only possible way that this could be considered sketchy would be if the photos peered into private property, but that's not even the 4th amendment, it's just peeping toms, which would probably just turn into a large-scale lawsuit, not a federal case of big brother. As long as the photos remain out on the streets, it's perfectly all right.

      And before you idiots ask "what if they took a picture of you doing that?" I'll give you my response:
      In the highly unlikely event that I'd just start fighting with someone in broad daylight as people and cars are passing by, I would just look at it and think "*****, why did I just start beating that guy up? Do I have a problem with rage? I chased that guy down-- Google caught me chasing that guy down! I feel like such an ass... I need to learn some( and now this is key) SELF CONTROL."

      if you stand in your window naked you cant get mad at a guy walking by for turning his head. You know when you walked to the window naked that there was a chance that someone could look at your window and see you. Now if your showering and a guy walks up to you window to get a look down your hallway, then you have an actionable case.

    i remember on one particular episode of Cuidad:X there was an all out cat fight in the middle of the street
    but that wasn't the good part, the best part was a pair of two homeless drunks watching the fight, they moved their own furniture to get a better view, one walked around with a chair on his head and the other had a table on his back.

    reality TV at its best.
