- brianjlowry, on 01/21/2008, -8/+225Two types of people bother me:
1) those that are intolerant of other people's cultures.
2) the Dutch. - blackbeardtron, on 01/21/2008, -4/+202And the other half can't spell "half."
- unicronband, on 01/21/2008, -5/+130Man, I wouldn't buy that Darkie toothbrush, not just on the basis of the name, but on the fact that it looks really *****.
- Error601, on 01/21/2008, -6/+107Sad thing is there are people that don't know what a irrational generalization or a straw man fallacy is.
- Zippo, on 01/21/2008, -18/+102Ignorant, hateful people sicken me.
- alsahir, on 01/21/2008, -5/+88Dugg for poking at themselves with #7.
- inactive, on 01/21/2008, -55/+124Well why wouldn't they? Ever read the bible? The Old Testament is pretty much just God killing people, entire countries even and at a certain point, all living things for not obeying him correctly. Because that's free will?
Here are 871 passages from the bible in which God kills children, women, men and all animals for reasons like not getting circumcized, not obeying him, having sex with the wrong people, etc. etc.: http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/cruelty/long.htm ...
7:4 For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.
11:7 But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that ye may know how that the LORD doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel. (this one is why Israel exists today! Apparently God is racist) - Alegoo92, on 01/21/2008, -9/+73America isn't a democracy....you know that right?
- chewbacca77, on 01/21/2008, -2/+59Not if you're sorting by diggs.
- swr1ght, on 01/21/2008, -4/+60Dugg because when I read it, the sign that said "I learned everything I need to know about Islam on 9/11" was sitting next to an advertisement that read "Find a Muslim Marriage Partner - SingleMuslim.com" with a nice picture of a happy Muslim couple. Good stuff.
- tempfd, on 01/21/2008, -9/+63Abortions are for whores, eh? Who's the one standing out on the street? ZING!
- Graves138, on 01/21/2008, -8/+50So we are to assume being "tolerant" is a good thing, right? In my opinion if you tolerate everything, you're a ***** idiot. The term tolerant in it self is derogatory, it suggests you think what you tolerate is wrong or beneath you but you put up with it. How about acceptance? Or how about we just quit cramming PC ***** down peoples throats and let everyone have their own opinions.
- mlostracco, on 01/21/2008, -0/+42Then Fark ripped-off Nigel Powers.
- roosterjm2k2, on 01/21/2008, -0/+38It's a Representative Republic... But why should facts get in the way of hatred, right?
- Chompy, on 01/21/2008, -9/+45Or figure out how to use an apostrophe correctly.

- NCSUspoon, on 01/21/2008, -12/+45He's not my lord.
- fhornplayer, on 01/21/2008, -7/+35While I believe the bible is *****, I don't think reading the bible automatically makes you an ignorant tool. The old testament was written several thousand years ago. One can look at all the awful things god "did" and discredit the bible as a whole, or one can realize that *Christ*ianity is called what it is for a reason. Atheists tend to ignore the fact that jesus preached love and tolerance and peace. Not all christians are *****, just the ones who twist the bible to fit their own revolting opinions. These people would be ***** even if the bible had never been a part of their lives.
- repmekevets, on 01/21/2008, -1/+28dugg for calling your grandma a bitch.
- CJinNC, on 01/21/2008, -1/+27In my travels I have seen no monopoly on enlightenment. Ignorance and foolishness exists in all cultures, as does tolerance, compassion and intelligence.
- actorboy, on 01/21/2008, -6/+32You make a very good point. It should be applied to more than just certain segments of Christianity though. For example, Diggers who think all Christians are nutjob fanatics.
- jbmcb, on 01/21/2008, -2/+27Those racist-looking figurines aren't all pre-civil war era. Not all were made to be racist, either - they were just the common caricature of black people of the time. Some were produced and sold by black people for black people - these are very collectible as works of folk art and are quite valuable, though the sale is usually regulated to make sure they aren't being sold for purposes of exploitation. It's similar to the market for Nazi memorabilia brought back to the states after WWII - usually the sales are closed and the buyers checked out to make sure they aren't building a shrine to Hitler or trying to reconstruct the Reich, or some other such nonsense.
- gr3yn3t, on 01/21/2008, -1/+25Except, homosexuality DOES occur in nature.
"Animals usually engage in homosexual behavior only when crowded, deprived of normal heterosexual contact, or otherwise subjected to stress. However, Erwin and Maple (1976) describe two male rhesus monkeys who lived together for 19 months and engaged in "reciprocal mounting with anal penetration." - rootnik, on 01/21/2008, -1/+25I had t google it. It is apparently just a lame term for a port-a-potty.
- MrWally, on 01/21/2008, -4/+27Did anyone actually READ number 7?
- reginaldino, on 01/21/2008, -0/+22[citation needed]
- rald84, on 01/21/2008, -0/+21darkie is sold in asia with the literal translation "black (dark) people's toothpaste." the marketing idea being that black people's skin color contrasts with lighter teeth to make the teeth look much whiter than light skinned people's teeth. hence, the toothpaste purports to make your teeth look as white as a black person's (against their dark skin)
- betterth, on 01/21/2008, -0/+21Typing is deviant to the natural order of fingers. Its a strain and totally unnatural, hence issues like carpal tunnel.
Please go farm in an Amish village and leave civilization alone kthx. - Beatmiser, on 01/21/2008, -10/+30A God who would kill anyone out of spite is no God at all. Funny how Christians can never decide whether he is a 'God of Love' or a vengeful arrogant bastard who demands to be worshiped and feared.
- inactive, on 01/21/2008, -8/+28Digg really needs to fix that link breaking thing...
http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/cruelty/long.htm ... - TacticalPenguin, on 01/21/2008, -3/+22I hate when people try to use events in the Bible as facts and evidence. Especially when they don't even have the events straight - Noah, his wife, his two sons, and their wives were aboard the ark. Not just Noah.
- JoeDiggsIt, on 01/21/2008, -7/+26Excuse my toolish ignorance, but I didn't think the frogs were the racist statues, just the black guys.
- drmangrum, on 01/21/2008, -3/+22Wow, that some scary *****. It's hard to fathom how people can harbor that much hate. Oddly enough, they all (in the pictures) hide behind religion.
- humperdeath, on 01/21/2008, -1/+20Who kneads to no how too spell, when their is a spell check program two use?
- djbon2112, on 01/21/2008, -0/+19A religion who's founder said "Love thy neighbour as yourself".
I've always found it incredibly ironic how most of these "Christian" groups who espouse all hate, cling to the Old Testament, i.e. the Jewish Bible. However, the apostles agreed that Christians did not need to become Jews or follow Jewish laws, and Jesus himself said the old covenant is void, I am the new covenant. Why then was the Old Testament even included in the Bible? - EarlOfLade, on 01/21/2008, -5/+23The bible, both the OT and NT, are bronze age myths based on even older myths, they are 2000+ year old goat herder and camel driver scifi and should not be taken seriously other than as a historical perspective on how primitive man tried to explain what they had no understanding of.
- woohhaa, on 01/21/2008, -2/+20Thats some funny *****. However, I don't get the "Mexican Space Shuttle". Anyone care to explain?
- Angostura, on 01/21/2008, -1/+19By that measure neither wearing glasses, posting on Digg or going to the opera is 'natural'
- Tiphys, on 01/21/2008, -0/+17So on a whim I went to the website on that bumper sticker...seems they're hiring a "White Christian Lady". Looks like a pretty sweet gig:
http://www.kingidentity.com/cla-kim.html - Aticper, on 01/21/2008, -2/+19I've always found that Christians have an unhealthy obsession with what other people do with their reproductive organs.
So please, feel free to shut up, and quit trying to force your morality upon other people. Reciprocal love is one of the most beautiful things in the world yet discovered, and the sex of the participants is totally irrelevant to that fact. - ploke, on 01/21/2008, -10/+26"6. You judge an entire country based on the presidency of a single, flawed leader." —um, what if he was elected by that country? (just asking, just asking)
- crystalmath, on 01/21/2008, -0/+16Uh...homosexuals probably aren't homophobic either.
- Baroja1898, on 01/21/2008, -11/+27That's some real nice god you got there. When he's not all about love and forgiving, he's all about genocide. Face it, sucker, you'll believe any nonsense put in front of you if they call it a holy book and the majority of the people around you seem to believe it also. Anything to distract you from having to think about your own mortality.
- Skyfire, on 01/21/2008, -0/+16Shmoke and a pancake?
- Phrag, on 01/21/2008, -7/+23Fail. I am not homophobic in any way.
