Not as well as this guy, but I watched him go from a total beginner, just practicing the hand-inversion moves, to rolling it all over the place in ways I couldn't understand. Neat stuff.

I've been juggling for 2 years now and contact juggling for a few months. As you can imagine, it takes A LOT of practice to do the things that this guy is.
