As for being dug down, you could probably avoid that by sounding like you know what you are talking about, offer constructive criticism, maybe post similar art work that you think is better. But if you just come in and say "THESE PICS SUCK, THE ARTIST IS A HACK!" then, you are just wasting space, and should be dugg down.
