I couldn't figure it out for the life of me. Why didn't the mom react? What was the catch? So when I saw it on the front page, I was happy because surely someone would have explained it. After reading all the comments with no explanation, i was like wtf? So I clicked the link and watched it again. "... down to the basement and watch tv" she says. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, that makes more sense.
