    By keeping it illegal and prohibited, they are FORCING it to be in a criminal black market... so OF COURSE there's a link... but this could be so easily fixed, if they'd just wake up and legalize this safer drug than alcohol...
    It does NOT need to be such a problem, yet they make it one, with their harmful moralist policies.
