- peosteve, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Absolutely ridiculous to convict a person of making photographs of themself. The justifications are stupid too - the teens "could have ended up selling the photos to child pornographers"? People "could" do lots of things, but are they punished for the actions that they "could" do? Also, "the two computers (can) be hacked." Of course computers can be hacked and that would be a crime... to punish these kids for taking pictures of themselves is a travesty of justice.
