- Tobark, on 10/12/2007, -1/+28Can I get a diet coke with that?
- bfaulk04, on 10/12/2007, -1/+26How would you cook something like that all the way through?
I'd imagine the inside still has a pulse while the outside could scratch a diamond... - coheedcollapse, on 10/12/2007, -0/+23It'd be pretty funny to bring that to a company picnic instead of like 150 separate hamburgers. I can just imagine the amount of "what the *****" looks you'd get pulling in with it strapped to the top of your car or something.
- gharding, on 10/12/2007, -0/+20Can I order it without the bun? I'm on a low carb diet.
- skored, on 10/12/2007, -5/+24Nice find. Now let me ask you - does that even look remotely appetizing???
- coolian, on 10/12/2007, -6/+22>> thats a huge freaking sandwhich!
No *****, Sherlock. - hiPpymIck, on 10/12/2007, -3/+19this one looks about the same size (but only weighed ~30lbs)

- Applemacmad, on 10/12/2007, -2/+15That would feed an entire non-American family...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10You might as well just sew your arteries shut...
- Szandor, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Not only is that burger amazing, the proprietors also seem to be on the cutting edge of Hilfiger fashion.
- darny, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Had I known about this 2 years ago it would have been my wedding cake
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -9/+18Meanwhile, people at the other end of the world die of starvation.
- kirk1978, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Now i wanna see the cross-section view! to see how raw it is at the center.
i mean .. cooking a burger THAT size.... how can the center be cooked. i can't even picture how the heat can transfer there - Tobark, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10Trust non Americans to have sour grapes
- boat, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8I bet PETA is going to have a cow
- merreborn, on 10/12/2007, -3/+11"Meanwhile, people at the other end of the world die of starvation."
Well why don't you buy one, and stick it in a box marked "Too: Afrika" and drop it off at the post office? - mfratt, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9Pics or it didn't happen.

That's my colon exploding.
It now looks like ; - Urusai, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6First one with a coronary loses!
- sn0re, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Gah. Read the article. One of the previous record holders (for a 105lb burger) is from Thailand.
- reevolutn, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6the same way you cook a roast maybe?
- ahhell, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7The real question is: Why?
- crossmr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Crap, I made a calculation error, it should only be 93983 for the ground beef (forgot to divide one number)
Total should be: 140767, or enough to gain 40 lbs, still assuming you didn't die trying to consume it. - OwdenBowden, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6What - no fries?
- greymaxcat, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5My colon hurts just looking at it.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Kobayashi can probably finish it in about 12mins give or take.
- TiMMY8765, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4this sounds like a challenge
- lippy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I want that...and a Diet Coke.
- DenTPuzz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5kevinsabs - you just made my blocklist
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -8/+12thats a huge freaking sandwhich!
- IEatHamburgers, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Yeah, and this guy could turn that cow into half a hamburger
- PrometheuZ, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Only thing my sick mind can think of is witnessing the next day's bowel-movement.
- Starflyer59, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4The colon cancer comes free.
- digitalhippie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4I bet you that one burger can feed the entire nation of Ethopia
- DyDx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Probably not. Most importantly -- how the hell could you anyone physically eat that? I'm not even talking about eating the whole thing -- how could it be eaten _whatsoever_?
This is really, incredibly stupid and pointless. - inajeep, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3and they just added 3 new bathrooms with extra wide stalls and extra wide toilet paper.

done with http://www.thecaloriecounter.com/ - sn0re, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I imagine you'd cook it like any other huge cut of meat. Slow and low.
- merreborn, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Microwaves only penetrate food an inch or two, tops. They don't "Cook from the inside out", as some have been lead to believe.
- sjbdallas, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2--deleted----
- TenebrousX, on 10/12/2007, -8/+10It's so big it might have trouble blending!
- airship, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2What? No giant fries?
- mcraigw, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2RTFA: It's 80 pounds of meat.
- TechyLah, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Bad technology, really. It's impossible to eat properly.
The idea of a burger is that a single bite gets you a combination of burger, cheese, bread, lettuce, tomato, and sauce.
No such bite is possible on this thing. You can't even take a machete to it and give you a single portion like that. - binnis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2@merreborn
1 lb of fat is roughly 3500 calories. - Aniphx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2@kirk1978 I think the method involves baking it for part of the time to keep it from being undercooked. I saw something like this on the Food Network and that's how that was done then.
