Still, I would have much preferred to take the risk and lose the license if I had a 22 year old norwegian beauty on my lap at the time.

If you go to a lawyer and pay them about $100 then they will get it reduced to a non moving violation where you pay a fine, but no record is kept. never got a ticket for more than that. but i hear its bad.
