    Guess what? "Don't run over children" is so basic that they don't even bother to teach it in driver's ed. I'm pretty sure when you're driving behind Times Square on wheels, it probably does a fair bit to distract you from looking out for the children you're supposed to not be hitting.

    It must be a massive undertaking in a country of a billion people to make sure every child is cared for. I can't imagine how much it would cost for one thing just to transport people, India has 30 times the population of my country Canada, it's staggering to think about.
