BUT -YOU- have the -RIGHT- to fire your attorney. The court system did something illegal by it's own laws. I have met other men caught in this corrupt court system of whom also have tried to fire their public attorney and declare themselves a pro se litigant (from the START I might add) and have the judge and public attorney completely ignore them.
Not to say I condone throwing... (ew....) at people.... but some things are happening within our failing joke of a judicial system in which are completely illegal as well!! And judge, attorney and bailiff KNOW what they are doing to people is wrong. But they have the guns, the prisons the handcuffs, the creditors and the ability to socially murder you (revoke drivers license, steal all money from you bank accounts) and many are doing this when they know no other sheeple will stand up and help and the media will stay silent and parade Paris Hilton in front of you.

Mr crazy pants here likely fixated on his lawyer and started blaming him for all his troubles as they lawyer was assigned rather than personally chosen, and the public defender (which btw, is the lowest paying, most thankless job a lawyer can have) couldn't legally get rid of him even though I'm sure he saw this train wreck (although not the ***** specifics) coming from a mile away. If the state had instead cut him a legal aid certificate, he could have hired a private lawyer of his choosing who may have been more willing to deal with his craziness and they could have avoided this entire mess.
