Don't get me wrong, this girl may very well have been a masseuse, but the vast majority of those who advertise in this way are indeed prostitutes. Not to mention the fact that the two women he tied up and robbed in the weeks before this killing were both Craigslist prostitutes.

People who have it simply have no ability to feel empathy for other human beings. They view other people the same way they view insignificant little insects and use them simply to advance their own interests. They're often charismatic, extremely skilled at manipulating people, and high achievers, which makes sense seeing as this guy was a medical student en route to becoming a physician.
