- kenvsryu, on 11/13/2007, -150/+904His cat never even noticed he was dead. Dogs >>> cats.

- webcure, on 11/08/2007, -7/+467You caught me unaware on that one. Poor dog.
- kosmoX, on 11/10/2007, -106/+485Wrong. The cat was hunting down the bastard that did that to his owner.

- directedition, on 11/14/2007, -4/+312Very sad indeed. Reminds me of fry's dog and gets me all chokey in the throat.
- inactive, on 11/09/2007, -8/+306Sad, yet moving picture, that shows the meaning of true loyalty.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hachikō
"During his owner's life, Hachikō saw him off from the front door and greeted him at the end of the day at the nearby Shibuya Station. Even after Ueno's death in May 1925, Hachikō returned every day to the station to wait for him, and did so for the next 10 years" - BestJaxx, on 11/07/2007, -65/+286*****. The cat was looking for food in a garbage can.
- s14sh3r, on 11/08/2007, -6/+226I can look at all kinds of real raw ***** online and it not bother me, but that...*sniff*
- chris9902, on 11/08/2007, -10/+176That's so sad.
- crichton101, on 11/14/2007, -6/+151That is one of the saddest thing I've ever seen, it goes right up there with the ducklings falling through the sewer grate while following their mother across the street.
- atx840, on 11/06/2007, -3/+147Truly sad, I think I will take my dog for an extra long walk today.
- tim507, on 11/07/2007, -5/+144i miss my dog :(
- Malarie, on 11/06/2007, -10/+128when a women wants to kill a man in a divorce, she can take the car, the kids, but not the dog. Dont effing touch our dogs! Get you a snobby cat.
- NOS7AceBR, on 11/10/2007, -8/+122Considering the Police car, thats in São Paulo, Brazil. This is an old picture and as far as I can remember, it was a homeless guy who was killed for some unknown reason. He had this street dog who followed him around. Sad but not surprising considering that the murder rates in Brazil are 4 times larger than causalities in Iraq war.
- MerryMortician, on 11/11/2007, -3/+115Where the red fern grows.
- Asianwaste, on 11/10/2007, -15/+118The damn cat was probably just wondering why no one is letting it back in the house.
- twofivethreetwo, on 11/11/2007, -2/+102Thought the same thing. The saddest ep ever.
- SaumZ, on 11/09/2007, -21/+118dogs will die by their owners.... cats will eat them. it's a fact.
- Jayg28, on 11/06/2007, -4/+96When I sat down at my computer just now my dog came at laid by my feet. After looking at this picture I am going to get up from the computer and take her for a nice long walk.
- SamKellett, on 11/09/2007, -3/+95Seymour -- best dog in the world
- V1ncent, on 11/11/2007, -74/+162You're all fools. The dog killed him.
- inactive, on 11/10/2007, -2/+87what do we want? FRY'S DOG!
when do we want it? FRY'S DOG! - jaynemother, on 11/08/2007, -2/+71That episode mad me so sad, this does too
- Neiby, on 11/05/2007, -4/+70Same here. That picture damn near made me cry immediately after seeing it. There's just something about dogs that gets to me easily.
- johnnagy, on 11/05/2007, -15/+76awwwww :(
- LimeParrot, on 11/14/2007, -4/+63So heartbreaking...
- BattleScars, on 11/08/2007, -2/+59That episode made me cry.
- BestJaxx, on 11/05/2007, -3/+58The dog has a sad look in his eyes, and is laying down by the man, not pissing on him. And don't kill our buzz. Humans don't usually feel sorrow enough anymore, so don't ruin it when we do get the chance.
- LegendarySock, on 11/06/2007, -3/+57YOU BASTARD! YOU BASTARD!
I was just getting over that then you bring it up again... - dboy3587, on 11/06/2007, -4/+57i want to pet my dog but i can't cause i'm in college :(
- Bologner, on 11/08/2007, -5/+58Like that.
- blackeagle613, on 11/05/2007, -11/+62cats don't give a ***** about their owners... most people I know who own cats say they will just go wander around for days and only come back to get food...... dogs on the other hand will wait right by the door for you and wait for you to get home from work/school/hell even getting the mail.
- NoStoppingUs, on 11/09/2007, -3/+54yeah, you're right. but theres a certain innocence about animals that you gotta love.
- pixelate, on 11/09/2007, -2/+53Revenge
I will has it. - notlenny2, on 11/13/2007, -11/+61Dogs>everything
- lostboy, on 11/14/2007, -3/+53a cat would probably scrawl a humorously spelled epitaph below the body on the road (in a comic sans font, with a bold outline). Think:
'I done a bad thing, lolz'
and pose just as the picture is being taken, with a look of puzzled annoyance on its face and a mysterious, invisible object held between it's paws as it cycles across the murder scene on an equally invisible red tricycle. - rolf, on 11/06/2007, -3/+52In turn, that Futurama episode was inspired by the true story of Hachiko:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hachik%C5%8D - TheKrillr, on 11/05/2007, -2/+50Most cat's don't care about their owners... its true. But there are some that do. It takes a special amount of love and care (and a certain breed of cat, like tabbies) to get that attachment. Last year, I lost my cat to congestive heart disease. The morning we had to put her to sleep... she could hardly make a sound, she couldn't open her mouth to take a drink... it was terrible. But when I came over to her crying and petting her, she... forced herself to purr... and licks away my tears. She tried to comfort me even though she was in such pain and discomfort. THAT is true loyalty. And that was a cat.
God I miss my cat... :'( - directedition, on 11/06/2007, -3/+49And yet that image has more emotional impact than a headline that reads "# dead after bombing in ***** City."
- gobleepyourself, on 11/07/2007, -11/+57:( I miss my dog.
- Scaryclouds, on 11/09/2007, -1/+45Glad to know I'm not the only one who damn near cried because that episode. The one about the four leaf clover is somewhat sad also...
- thetechkid, on 11/06/2007, -6/+49I thought that was supposed to be funny...
- inactive, on 11/05/2007, -1/+44One that is locked inside the house all day by morons like you.
