- Akaji, on 10/12/2007, -1/+352Only 18 months for causing a completely innocent man to have rocks thrown at his windows, an arm broken from related violence, to have his ex-wife refuse visitation for his daughters, and finally to attempt suicide?
Wow... - canti32, on 10/12/2007, -1/+313Technically, she only lied to the police.
Realistically, she ruined this guy's life. And only got 18 months for it.
That is what we call a legal cluster *****. - fkr3, on 10/12/2007, -33/+187They should put that ***** in the chair. What a ***** bitch.
- babykitten24, on 10/12/2007, -7/+149 canti32 is right. He should just sue her for emotional distress, and get millions.
- breadfred, on 10/12/2007, -0/+137Why am I still surprised that the photo of the accused is published, but the photo of the actual criminal is withheld?
- PLUMCRAZY, on 10/12/2007, -8/+140I think a lot of rapists are going to be looking for this woman when she gets out of jail.
What is she going to do? Call the police and report another rape? - johnlandes, on 10/12/2007, -3/+120They published his name as an accused and most likely posted his picture in the newspapers, allowing people to recognize, threaten and assault him. Why dont they post her picture so when she gets out people can do the same
- THX1212, on 10/12/2007, -12/+123"Does it really matter so much that she's a lesbian?"
Maybe so. I've noticed that many lesbians seem to have a strange hostility toward straight men. - TuxNuts, on 10/12/2007, -0/+108"Davydaitis also later admitted to police she had made up an allegation of indecent assault against a man in 1999 after he had upset her and she wanted revenge."
What a cold-hearted bitch. - SultanTravi, on 10/12/2007, -5/+88Normally, vigilantes (with the exception of Casey Jones) aren't a good thing.
That said, I wouldn't mind it if someone did to her what she did to that man. - Twoodge, on 10/12/2007, -50/+132Does it really matter so much that she's a lesbian?
- fkr3, on 10/12/2007, -3/+78Suing for millions is only good if they actually have millions. I doubt that slag is insured for being a complete and utter bitch, so no insurance company's standing around to cop the judgement which means he'd be suing her worthless and presumably quite fat and ugly ass.
- skydivingdutch, on 10/12/2007, -11/+83MEN ARE FROM MARS, WOMEN ARE FILTHY WHORES.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -40/+108Meh...lesbians should just stick with kissing each other...they don't have to speak to be noticed
- insomniac8400, on 10/12/2007, -8/+69That is screwed up. The minimum should be life in prison. And shouldn't those that actually charged him with no evidence be fired?
- weister42, on 10/12/2007, -9/+70I need a photo of her so I can post it all over the internet, then she'll have strangers throwing rocks and calling her a lying bitch all day long.
- Bladeva, on 10/12/2007, -10/+70Poor guy, got screwed by a Dyke.
- CaptShmo, on 10/12/2007, -2/+55i hope he sues the crap out of her and never has to work again
- Midnightbrewer, on 10/12/2007, -11/+63"I need a photo of her so I can post it all over the internet, then she'll have strangers throwing rocks and calling her a lying bitch all day long."
The main reason this guy's life was made so miserable was because the public was so gleefully cooperative in executing malicious acts of hatred against people they didn't even know. Whether it's a rapist or a liar, it's those who are willing to hurt others in the name of self-righteousness that are the real psychopaths here. - sathias, on 10/12/2007, -2/+54Intentionally making a false claim of a crime like this should be punishable by a similar sentance to the crime they lied about IMO. It's not only disgusting behaviour to the man in question, but also for all the bone fide rape victims out there.
- lilmoonee, on 10/12/2007, -19/+65Guess you havent been to america :(
- fkr3, on 10/12/2007, -25/+71Why not send her to a muslim country, and post her picture *there*. They know how to treat a woman who doesn't respect a man ;)
- cowabuse, on 10/12/2007, -18/+61That ***** ***** deserves to be raped by large animals. 18 months, you kidding me, what did she do blow the judge off, offer a threesome? ***** *****, there are some ***** up women in the UK, also read this story:
'Five of my children are not mine'
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/femail/article.html?in_article_id=443846&in_page_id=1879 - VhaidraU, on 10/12/2007, -5/+44Because she hates men and this is the second time she has falsely cried "victim to evil male agression" to try and ruin a man with no regrets!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+38There is never a presumption of innocence for rape. Once you are accused everyone thinks you are a rapist. That's why women like her use it.
- rubored, on 10/12/2007, -3/+40Rank bitch should be fried, ***** her...
- Rooster99, on 10/12/2007, -2/+35Well yes and no. In a perfect world yes they should be fired for pressing charges without any evidence. However this is not a perfect world (as this article proves) and unfortunately, the legal system is leant towards women and what they say. When it comes down to a he said/she said situation, the woman will more often than not get the benefit of the doubt, and the guy will have his life ruined.
And what about the damage she has done to real rape cases? She is not only damaging herself and her 'victims' but she is harming every woman who has a geniune rape case. She has hurt everyones credibility, and this will make it harder for the real cases to be judged correctly.
I hope this bitch has a horrible life, as by the sounds of it she has already ruined 2 innocent lives by making false stuff up. Imagine having to put on a job application that you have been charged with rape when it was totally false? Who the hell would hire anyone with those kind of charges?
Her punishment should be that she has to pay support her victims as they are going to find it REALLY tough to make any sort of living with that kind of criminal record. They will find it almost impossible to find any sort of decent job, so she should have to support them through MASSIVE ongoing payments. Or at the very least be locked up so that noone else can he near her when she gets into one of her 'moods'. Sick ***** bitch! A part of me wants to hear about her being seriously abused in jail so that she can see that screaming 'rape' is really ***** serious and the gravity of such accusations can have an unmeasurable ripple effect.
- AndrewNorris, on 10/12/2007, -2/+35Yes.
- afruff23, on 10/12/2007, -4/+35When I saw the picture in that article, I thought "Damn! Tha'ts an ugly girl!!" Then I saw the caption. Anybody else?
- oolitic, on 10/12/2007, -3/+34So this is what "Gender Equality" and a "responsible media" is all about.
- Kallius, on 10/12/2007, -1/+31He ought to sue whatever branch of the legal system that allowed the prosecution to take it as far as it went. Not only did prosecution ignore the fact that he was too injured to do what he was accused of, but they dropped the case only after the accuser withdrew her complaint. And did the newspaper which published his name bother to wait until he was tried and convicted? Probably not.
- Nudar, on 10/12/2007, -7/+37And this is the state of the British legal system, probably the most backward in the entire Western World.
- Aliarse, on 10/12/2007, -4/+32This is England, not America. We don't sue people for anything and everything.
However, this bitch deserves more then 18 months. She should receive the same amount of time the bloke would've gotten had she not been found out. - Rooster99, on 10/12/2007, -0/+28Im against the 'sue everything that moves' mentality, but this is the sort of thing that you need to sue for. There is no way of being able to tell how much potential money and lifestyle quality that she has deprived of this poor guy. Sue that bitch and take all her money and let her live in box for the rest of her life! This is why you can sue people. Its just some sue over really stupid *****.
This guy needs to be compensated because his quality of life nose-dived so bad that he tried to kill himself - ALL because of her. If that doesent deserve compo, then I dont know what does! - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -8/+36Women lie about rape to get sympathy, news at 11.
- arbiterxero, on 10/12/2007, -5/+31Didn't I tell you all in another thread?
Women don't have remorse.
Best line from a movie ever....
Woman- 'how do you write about women so well?'
'I think of a man and I take away reason and accountability'
Accountability.
$5 says she doesn't care and will do it again. - mjhamilton, on 10/12/2007, -4/+29Me too. My first thought was "Someone raped that??" Then I read the caption and I thought "I guess he could be a fitting candidate for a rapist, i mean, how else does he get it?"
Now I feel bad for thinking negative things about the poor guy, I hope he gets to ***** Elizabeth Hurley whatever way he wants for putting up with that skanky-ass dyke. - THX1212, on 10/12/2007, -1/+25No, I'm afraid he is right. I've seen some of the most heinous murders I've ever read about (like people being set on fire) that are only punished by a 20 year stint in a British prison. It really is absurd how soft they are on criminals in Britain.
- THX1212, on 10/12/2007, -7/+30'How does "lesbian" == "man hater"?'
Oh, please! Any guy who has met a few of the more masculine lesbians knows they are rarely very nice to men. They range from mildly unfriendly to downright nasty. I guess they view men as competition or something. - neonenergy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+23It's sick how unbalanced the law is in favor of women these days, and not just with rape cases. There's ***** like crazy mothers gaining custody of children and no end of senseless crap that teenage girls will do. I know it's to make up for the :past: and to provide leniency for those less able to defend themselves. But damn, there weren't even any tests done to verify the accused was the rapist.
- THX1212, on 10/12/2007, -3/+24Thank God for rape shield laws. Had this occurred here in the United States, this poor bastard would probably be prevented from bringing up "irrelevant" details about his accuser's sexual life in his defense. Like, you know, the fact that she's a potentially man-hating lesbian fresh from a rocky relationship....
- JimmyTheClam, on 10/12/2007, -2/+23Pointing out that she was a lesbian makes the story more salacious.
Then again, there's a subset of lesbians that also have an irrational hatred of all men and I suspect this bitch just might be one of those, considering her history of pressing false sex-crime charges against men.
If you read the entire story, Zoe Davydaitis (AKA: The dyke), has done this before.
Knowing her history, if I were that prosecutor, I would charge her with a hate crime too, and then rack up those penalty enhancements.
I also bet that lying little tart is out in 9 months. - graywolf323, on 10/12/2007, -2/+23guessing he might not be as much of a fan of lesbians anymore
- joxer, on 10/12/2007, -1/+21You know what really annoys me? If this guy was physically fit and anywhere near this girl during the time of the alleged incident, do you think he would have stood a chance? He'd probably be locked up for 18 months himself as we speak...or most likely suicided and we'd never know the truth.
Also, for those wondering why the cops aren't a bit more diligent, it's because the cops don't really care...I know a number of prosecutors that write opinions that cases should be dropped yet they proceed on the basis that it is politically better to be seen to be prosecuting 'offenders' whether or not there is sufficient evidence to support the charge.
If they don't have a person to prosecute, then the cops have not searched hard enough. If the person gets off because there is a lack of evidence society inevitably blames the judge for making the 'wrong' decision or that the guy was lucky he didn't 'leave evidence' lying around, but the cops are seen to have tried their best. Very few people ever question the complainant. - betacmag4u, on 10/12/2007, -2/+21someone please post a picture of her and personal details so I can build a webpage dedicated to her so she can live with this for the rest of her life like those guys will. can you spell SEO
- fresshhhh, on 10/12/2007, -0/+19These girls who are ruining peoples lives to get either money in the duke case and a lost lover in this one. They deserve to get the same thing as the innocent victims had to go through.
I hope this man counter sues, and he gets a lot of money for the ***** this girl put him through, hes already disabled and having a hard time. I wouldnt even mind donating a little money if he needs it to pay for a lawyer. Because this woman and what she has done is plain injustice to this man. - drjekelmrhyde, on 10/12/2007, -6/+24Duke case anyone?!
- gincarnated, on 10/12/2007, -1/+18What REALLY pisses me off about this article is that his own family and friends abandoned him and labeled him a racist. That must have been awful for him knowing that the people closest to him don't even care about him enough to support him in his time of need. I hope he slams the door shut on every one of those people as they come crawling back to him. He needs to move and start a new life for himself. Such a tragedy.
- shaman312, on 10/12/2007, -0/+17Isn't there a presumption of innocense in the UK? Why not find and prosecute those who sent hate mail, etc. as accessories to his emotional distress?
- THX1212, on 10/12/2007, -2/+19"And men say ***** like that and make rape victims afraid to come forward, news at 12"
Yeah, like the poor Duke University chick. Oh wait....
...she lied too. -
