- thewump, on 10/10/2007, -13/+66He should have just installed Vista and let the PC destroy itself unaided.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -7/+48FTA "Former President George H.W. Bush attended the church while growing up and funeral services for his parents were held there." I thought that was interesting.
- cerealjynx, on 10/10/2007, -0/+38Man I'm dumb.
- syroncoda, on 10/10/2007, -7/+43hey cool. there is corruption right at the core of all that the neo-cons consider good and pure in this country. i mean, really, who ever heard of religious people liking child porn? oh wait...
- IllBeBack, on 10/10/2007, -3/+33When are people going to realize that religious church-going people aren't any better or more moral than the majority of people? Sometimes it seems like they're actually worse!
- nishay, on 10/10/2007, -4/+25im tired of church porn scandals, its like they are doing it for the attention now
- Otto, on 10/10/2007, -2/+21Yes, one of you has a sense of humor.
- Rikushix, on 10/10/2007, -3/+20Psh, the lawyer just needs to ask for forgiveness from the judge and everything will be chill between them.
Isn't that how it works? - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+15You're not the only one.
- Ghstfce, on 10/10/2007, -1/+15You know, being raised Catholic, I find it very ironic that the same people that beat into your mind that sodomy is a sin are the same ones commiting sodomy with children. I'm just thankful when I was an altar boy as a kid nothing ever happened to me. Our priest was a fatass and more worried about getting his next meal than anything else.
- pintomp3, on 10/10/2007, -1/+15a story involving pedophilia, a church, and a cover up? again? wtf?
- Fordi, on 10/10/2007, -1/+9Oh, but ***** on beliefs is one of the best forms of comedy; it forces one to question the validity of their own beliefs by casting them in an ironic or ridiculous context where they may or may not be salient. This process often causes defensive reactions, and can be mistaken - even by the believer - for offensive humor. Looks like I know what mistake you're making.
- Otto, on 10/10/2007, -1/+9Child porn, dude.
Focus. - rspeed, on 10/10/2007, -1/+9You get credit for realizing.
- SheilaNoya, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8Semi-related question: What happened to the story of the conservative U.S. Justice Department official from Florida (Atchison) who recently got arrested for trying to have sex with a 5 year old? How did the press manage to bury that story so quickly?
- slicedoranges, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8A sex related Christian scandal? Stop the presses.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7So you are saying it's fabricated or that news sources should not mention any links to known public figures?
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+9The US constitution ought to prohibit the outright destruction of porn. Porn has value, unlike the US dollar. It can be freely exchanged, and it will never lose its style, like, ever.
- SheilaNoya, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7Gee - I'm surprised you didn't finish your ranting by claiming this was Clinton's fault.
- eean, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7Looks more like the list of strawman points that the right has for the left.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6He wasn't talking to you guys, he was talking to God....
- NecroSexy, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7The religious talk of their faith but act on their instincts--in this case, sexual attraction to prepubescents.
- dondara, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7pics or it nev ...oh wait, scratch that. Your word is bond.
- kronix2, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5They're tired of Islam getting all the media coverage.
- mmmiiikkkeee, on 10/10/2007, -2/+7why the hell did he get dugg up??? that was just stupid... i mean i use linux and dont really like MS but what he said was just silly and stupid.
- kronix2, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6All you've done is make us think you're a paedophile priest.
- dondara, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6As long as there a donation in cash, small bills please. That is how it works.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Why else would I even bother to come here, except to be an *****.
- ButterBuddha, on 10/10/2007, -2/+6This is sad, I'm actually surprised this case doesn't involve the Catholic Church....
- Nougat, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Technically, an indulgence. Tithing is the giving of a portion of your income to the church, as charity. The purchasing of indulgences (no longer sanctioned by the Catholic church) was used for a long time as a revenue source for the church. These indulgences, when bought, were said to erase some amount of sin from the buyer.
- aspec, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5I like how anyone that disagrees with you is pathetic. I don't believe in god, but you're a prime example of the stereotype people affix to atheists.
- Otto, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Well, it *is* Friday.
- GabrielS, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4This is the real problem thanks to our wonderful purveyors of truth we call the media.
Sexual abuse of minors is a huge problem and institutions in our country have helped to cover it up. These institutions don't start nor end with the Catholic church. Our schools, our government, our courts: they all have examples of covering up sexual abuse of minors. - sardiskan, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Sigh...makes me very sad to see when things like this happen.
- GabrielS, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4I can't believe lawyers would break the law.
- iceschade, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4This is disgusting.
- mmmiiikkkeee, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3i was expecting this on sunday...
- Rikushix, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4Otherwise known as a tithe.
- DaClamp, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4So now the church is without a computer?
- iceschade, on 10/10/2007, -2/+5I'm sorry.
- pandira, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Haven't any of you ever heard of the Franklin Cover Up? C'mon, do your research and put it together!

from the article.....
Lisa named Vice President George Bush as in attendance at least twice, according to Walters’ report. Lisa said she had first met Mr. Bush at the Dallas 1984 Republican Convention.
"She also saw Vice President George Bush , Sr., at a party in Chicago in September or October of 1984, accompanied by two large white males. Walters’ report states; "She [Lisa] indicates that she set [sic] on a table at the party while wearing nothing but a negligee. She stated that George Bush saw her on the table"
http://www.politicalsoundoff.com/home/the-franklin ... - mmmiiikkkeee, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3the bigger question why did he destroy the whole computer and not just that data on the hard drive???
- Fracture98, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3He didn't want it resurrected.
- empraptor, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3The clergy were just taking their love for children to another level. We're all supposed love the children, you know.
- MagicCake, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I had two 250 gb drives get corrupted a few months back... Vista was involved, but not responsible. I found out a PCI card I had was causing problems with the new motherboard... Out of curiosity, did you find the exact problem?
- BlacklabelSAR, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I was wondering the same thing.
- kronix2, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Did you install Vista to the same drive you kept your porn and movies on?
- kronix2, on 10/10/2007, -3/+5"I'm not religious, but I'm also not one to ***** all over other people's beliefs"
Dugg for obvious reference to Cleveland Steamer. - ChristPissed, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Conspiracy of Silence http://youtube.com/watch?v=ggxiBWv4xYE (a GOP+Pedophelia expose documentary that was pulled from the Discovery Channel)
