Putting newborn girl into sac
and tossing in the river =
COMMON PRACTICE ?!? - donkeydrop, on 12/19/2007, -0/+28The truth is, in the US Michael Vick got more time for killing dogs than a woman who killed her newborn.
- dngermouse, on 12/19/2007, -7/+31isn't that money for everyone? it is communism after all.
- inactive, on 12/19/2007, -4/+20thank God I don't live in China
- gambyt13, on 12/19/2007, -4/+19In the United States, spending $1,000 for every $1 in actual revenue gets you elected President.
- jquipp, on 12/19/2007, -3/+18If it seems to good to be true... it probably is.
- inactive, on 12/19/2007, -2/+14its cause even in America, dogs are still more important than women.
- littlejon, on 12/19/2007, -1/+9It ceased being communism when the Chinese government let people own property.
- dankosaur, on 12/19/2007, -6/+12nice catch blanco nino, too bad your ass got sacKed
- shaun1018, on 12/19/2007, -3/+8Jeesh we are tough on the whole girl in a sack thing.
- inactive, on 12/19/2007, -2/+5The problem was that the ATM along with the constitution had the golden "made in china" sticker on it.
- calibration, on 12/19/2007, -0/+3In China they eat dogs...
(and newborns lol) - eje211, on 12/19/2007, -0/+3Almost no one says that the US is the worst country; they're just really annoyed at it constantly describing itself as the best and as a role model in every way. ("No democracy? Maybe a few CLUSTER BOMBS will make your country more loving and democratic!") It's just criticism at its inflated sense of self-worth. But the US is very far from the worst.
- inactive, on 12/19/2007, -0/+3It's China, what did you expect? Their tech is faulty but if it means they can put someone away for life for it (or harvest their organs) then hellls yeah.
- mrcytizen, on 12/19/2007, -0/+3Actually, if the United States were harsher to money theft, the federal reserve would all be in jail by now.
- pkghost, on 12/19/2007, -0/+3It's kind of ironic that Yahoo! is running this story considering that it helped the Chinese government apprehend two Chinese journalists who were found guilty of disseminating pro-democracy writings, both of them earning life sentences.
http://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/02/opinion/02sun2.h ... - inactive, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2And Companies, and .................
Its now a Corporation , an entire country modeled on fascist ideals... - karlhouser, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2He's canadian
- iticu, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2You truly think he deserves a life sentance for it?
- mrcytizen, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2Or their perception of "value" is entirely different. Try to reeducate the entire population that the individual really counts. Good luck.
- Dylan16807, on 12/19/2007, -1/+3'the rest' being the actual point of the post? Well too bad you didn't have the time to argue the substance. Thanks for your valuable nitpicking services.
- hexydes, on 12/19/2007, -1/+3Much like the Soviet space program, you find out just how far ahead the United States really is...
- karlhouser, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2I was thinking that same thing (about the card and the cameras) Its winter here now, I would go at night, in a scarf, hat, sunglasses. If only....
- ganymede2010, on 12/19/2007, -1/+3I'm sorry but China scares me. The common man is treated worst then an animal in China. There's so many people there that the communist government places very little, if any value on Human life.
- pauldy, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2It might be possible to take you seriously and ponder your point on the amero if you weren't such a troll about it.
- Instaa, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2It is criticized as being one of the worst among the developed countries ie. western/northern europe, canada, australia etc.
- likwidfuzion, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2Nothing beats using your own products you created with your own hands.
- inactive, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2Gaming Digg doesn't prove your point.
- OttawaMarcin, on 12/19/2007, -0/+2Actually, I think the bank should be the one to suffer. It would teach them to double check their security. I wouldn't want my money in a bank that has such poor service they don't check to make sure the ATM is working correctly.
- pauldy, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1I'm interested in to how you would even begin to backup a statement like that.
- daridave, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1Please do not mix normal human beings together with whoever are the ***** that made that decision.
- b8man99, on 12/20/2007, -0/+1That's not theft - that's teaching the ATM company the importance of security.
- pauldy, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1Or the manufacturer of the ATM, or the creator of the card swipe, or the cash dispenser, the internal software that runs it. At what point did dishonesty become justifiable as a serves them right argument. The quite harsh but I don't think it was unfounded for him to be charged with the crime.
- Dibou, on 12/19/2007, -7/+8I keep thinking about all those threads criticizing the US, saying we are the worst country and then you get articles about this sort of thing. I wonder what would happen if other countries aired their dirty laundry as much as the US does.
- notoneofus, on 12/19/2007, -1/+2More than you can imagine. They're everywhere, and most of the time foreign cards work in them (unlike in many other countries).
- daridave, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1what about the guy that designed the ATM machine ? Rocket to the sun !?
- Blarbo, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1ATMs have cameras
- OttawaMarcin, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1I wouldn't appeal to the Chinese government... They'll just shoot him instead.
- inactive, on 12/19/2007, -2/+3I can see why the NWO like China as the model for Global Government....
- iticu, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1Wait, what has the Amero got to do with Chinas punishment system?
And anyway, what the hell are you going to do to make your government know that you and alot of other people don't like it?
Watchaa gunna do? - spyd3rweb, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1Epic Fail Guy.
- 5aculu5, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1Hell they used to hang for embezzlement in the 90's.
- mitch37, on 12/19/2007, -1/+2He is right. Before you start making smart ass calls learn to differentiate between China and Japan
- Stratochief66, on 12/20/2007, -0/+1Take your Amero fantasy and shove it, Canada doesn't want a common currency with the US.
- inactive, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1I bet he won't do that again!
- epuiatti, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1Deja Vu
- SmilingJess, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1I found myself in a similar situation a few tears ago. Bank machines in my neighborhood used to give out $5 bills. One day I went in and it was giving out a $5 and a $20 for every withdrawl of $5.
LOL you should have seen the line that formed behind me when people started noticing =) - Sirlolalot, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1Life for theft from an ATM, poor guy i guess they've found a match for his body parts.. bet he dissappears before long.
- epuiatti, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1Not true, here in the UK if have only seen one or two (London).
- Frei, on 12/19/2007, -0/+1Or 3 just don't give a ***** about a few hundred dollars stolen from a bank.
