I would go to bigger planets and digg bigger holes until I discovered the centers of everywhere. Maybe in this galaxy, maybe in another. No planet will remain free from my powerful hands. What will I find? If Earth has creatures in the center of it, imagine the weird creatures in the center of somewhere like Mars. Since Mars is a slightly smaller planet, maybe the creatures will be slightly smaller? I wonder if it is possible that the center of our Earth is somehow connected to the center of Mars' Earth through some sort of tunnel. Maybe instead of flying to Mars through space, we could just take the tunnel? But first we would have to get to the center of our earth in a more reliable fashion. I suggest building an acid bomb - a bomb with so much acid that it practically diggs the hole for us so we don't have to use our hands and machines. I would build a base right next to the detonation to neutralize part of it.

There are some great stories about Vladimir Belousov, a huge figure within the USSR's sciences who steadfastly refused to accept plate tectonics, and the young, upstart geologists who risked, you know, banishment to Siberia, in trying to change the scientific paradigm.
