The architect didn't do this. Its a communications tower. It's freakin huge. I was at the castle along the river miles away and this thing is just giant. It actually gave me the chills seeing it from a distance.
Well aparently some of the residents in Prague feel the same way. As I understand, the babies were commissioned as an art piece in an attempt to make it more human scale or cute or whatever. Something to take the edge off the harsh form of it.
