The only change I ever came close to getting caught was a time I was trying to find a picture of my girlfriend and I when she was sitting next to me. I knew it was in my backup folder which I hadn't checked in a few years so I was scared just from the prospect that I probably had something in there that was meant to be hidden.
Well. I found the picture and went to take a piss and came back and she was navigating my backup folder and right when I got to the screen she found a folder inside my 'college work' folder that said "porn" RIGHT when I got to the computer. She was like "Whats this?" and clicked it and.. I almost had a heart attack but was ok.. It was (seriously) a project I did for a debate class on whether pornography should be censored or not. It was just a flow chart named porn debate.jpg..

also, my current girlfriend knows I look at porn so I don't have to hide it, but really with the idea that she doesn't care.. I don't even really save it or anything anymore. It really is less exciting when they don't care.
