Also your argument about one of them is going to succeed is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Does this mean if hundreds of 70 year old women start trying to sleep with me eventually one will succeed? Or that if enough gay guys start trying to sleep with a straight guy eventually he will give in? I mean jesus christ if you've ever been to a bar you know that there are plenty of people trying to take home any pretty girl for a one night stand. So I suppose you've never heard of a girl who has never had a one night stand.
Speaking as a TA in college where sleeping with your students is a lot more tempting and not quite as bad let me assure you that most TAs manage to resist the girls who offer to have sex for grades. I see no reason it would be different for this woman.
As far as 'ruining her reputation' I kinda doubt this will do much more than give some of her male students an interesting fantasy. Unless she openly flirts with them they are never going to try and hit on her and the fact that she might actually (gasp) have a sex life complete with sexual fantasies won't do more than cause the occasional snicker in private. At my highschool one of our teachers was a former playmate (though quite unattractive by now) and while it made for something interesting gossip it didn't interfere with her ability to teach.
