- BrennanK, on 07/28/2008, -0/+4This completely ignores the danger of testicular cancer in dogs (skyrocketing rates in unaltered dogs). And everytime a condom "fails", an entire litter of mostly unwanted and overpopulated pups are born - usually to die in a pound.
This is a STUPID idea! I've been rescuing animals for over 20 years. Spay and neuter (and stopping puppy mills) are the ONLY sane answers to decreasing the pet population explosion that results in millions of unwanted pets being killed every year.
