Dead moose in yard finds way to Craigslist - STRANGE
chicagotribune.com — When a 300-pound yearling moose stumbled into Calvin Hay's Hillside yard and died earlier this month, he called the Alaska Department of Fish and Game expecting the carcass would get hauled away. Instead he found out he was on his own. So Hay, 46, posted an ad for a "dead moose" on Craigslist.

- dan360man, on 05/20/2008, -1/+5I think this may be the strangest thing I've ever heard about being posted to Craigslist, but I could be wrong. Can anyone top this?
- acmaurer, on 05/20/2008, -0/+6what's odd is that this hasn't happened before! at least one other person has put a dead moose on craigslist, weird...
- gwaggy12, on 05/20/2008, -0/+7I know Craigslist is where I go for all my previously used carcasses.
- ColonelTribune, on 05/20/2008, -0/+4"Previously used carcasses" sounds dirty.
- dan360man, on 05/21/2008, -0/+4Haven't planes been sold on Craigslist?
