I got thrown in jail in Utah because an officer thought I was high behind the wheel even though there was no evidence in my car and I wasn't. The drug test came up positive because I smoked some marijuana three weeks before. According to the officer, if it's in your system you're under the influence which is a DUI. *****, I was pissed.

I've never caused harm to anybody doing it and it feels good after a long week. I was just passing through Utah and ended up getting stuck there for 2 weeks because of court *****. I also had to stay in a hotel during that time too, real ***** money drainer.

In Florida, for example, if they detect THC in so much as a cigarette burn on a piece of property they can take it. What I think they need to do is start to verify what other modes of transfer are possible and how to separate one from another. Most importantly I think they need to raise the bar on the detectable level. Right now if you had sweaty hands and touched a bill that was recently used to snort cocaine you would test positive. That is insane.

If the entire department is coming forward that much for someone, it's a good indication that he's actually a good guy. When a bad cop gets scrutinized by the law, he never has that much support (unless he's so good at being bad that he has blackmail on everyone).

I mean to even make this remotely plausible she would have had to have a LOT of coke in her system, enough that it would have been obvious to him she was totally messed up. Even then I really don't think his story makes sense unless he was doing an excessive amount of, um, swallowing... which is not really how it generally works with women.
