- ProfessorSYM, on 04/22/2008, -1/+201It transmits love, son, love. Packet by packet.
- Culyt, on 04/22/2008, -4/+197What happens when the plastic tab breaks?
For $175 thats a massive rip off, its like $5 max worth of metal and molding and a cat5 cable. If it was embedded in silver or something. For that price I would expect it to actually transmit data. - kevyn, on 04/22/2008, -2/+170Just don't get caught putting your pins into another empty socket...
- megaton, on 04/22/2008, -4/+134Buried as lame. My rings are Wi-Fi.
- Planets, on 04/22/2008, -1/+116You didn't have to point out ".Ya I know, I am a geek...". You already posted on Digg.
- SiSurfer, on 04/22/2008, -3/+114When I’m with you, it’s like a TCP/IP collision in my heart.
- kelvlam, on 04/22/2008, -2/+88so instead of "till death do us apart", it's now "till disconnection do us apart"?
- Eminemdrdre00, on 04/22/2008, -2/+78This is probably how Chris Pirillo has sex...
- blahtastic, on 04/22/2008, -3/+72Since when do 13 year old kids know how to type and form sentences online? You've got a one up on half of Digg, and the entirety of the Youtube community.
- MasterThief117, on 04/22/2008, -7/+71Oh my god, you're nearly fourteen! Well, I think we should bake you a cake then.
- bensone1, on 04/22/2008, -1/+57Im sure people that use this say, "Will you be my 01100010 01101001 01110100 01100011 01101000"

- IanPR, on 04/22/2008, -2/+45He left an open bracket. Unless you count the one on the smiley face. To which then there would be an unexplained semicolon.
- ncapone, on 04/22/2008, -1/+40He left an open parenthesis, not bracket
- gbarger, on 04/22/2008, -1/+39When my best friend and his girlfriend got engaged they had her wedding ring made. It was a large sapphire in the center, and it had pieces of dinosaur fossil around it. It's really cool for them because it's meaningful (they're both paleontologists).

- ieatpizza, on 04/22/2008, -0/+26I agree with you this is like the cheapest piece of junk out there. I think you're better off getting a ring from the 25 cent machine that says DIVA in sparkly letters
- megaton, on 04/22/2008, -0/+24You gotta have SOME protection. You don't wanna catch a virus...

- stealth210, on 04/23/2008, -0/+23Cat 5, 5e, and 6 use the same end connectors (8P8C). This has been my useless comment of the day. You're welcome.
- drpcken, on 04/23/2008, -0/+23Not long after the wedding, Local Area Connection 1 becomes Connected with Limited Access
- rhino_rampant, on 04/22/2008, -1/+23I'm as big a nerd as the next shut-in...but in this case, I gotta say, "Errr, no." Chic nerd style usually comes with both cleverness & style...this lacking the latter.
- zerodaysoon, on 04/22/2008, -4/+25sorry for the double post but i forgot to mention, that their are no tcp/ip collisions, it happens in ethernet at the data link layer!!
continue to bury me..... - pixelguru, on 04/22/2008, -0/+19I always thought our wedding bands were pretty geeky. They're made of layers of gold which was folded to produce the same pattern as the steel in samurai sword blades. Our rings were cut from the same block, so if you hold my band up to my wife's, the pattern is a perfect mirror image, and the rings themselves are as unique as a fingerprint. http://www.georgesawyer.com/Mirror-Image.asp
- smrekar, on 04/22/2008, -0/+16Is it ok if i put it in the back of my own computer? Always wondered what the extra port was for.

- carrera594, on 04/22/2008, -0/+14Are you serious? I had to read over that twice to understand what you meant. Is English a standard at that school? So far it doesn't seem likely.

- amanilaenvelope, on 04/22/2008, -0/+12you had to be "that guy", huh
- Matt2k, on 04/23/2008, -0/+12I thought category 5 only referred to the cabling standard. The actual connector you use at the end is independent from the spec.

- FasmTrout, on 04/22/2008, -2/+12A good anniversary gift would be a long extender cable. Ok, maybe that would be a bad anniversary gift, symbolically.
- vfreak2, on 04/23/2008, -0/+9I can just imagine the nerdy arguments if she finds out
