To date, no action has been taken and the website in the article still offers PayPal as a payment option for pirated "Warez". But if you attempt to offer PayPal as a payment option for cannabis seeds, paypal will shut you down in an instant and freeze you account with no access to your funds for 90 days. Whats all that about?
