"The red zone is for immediate loading and unloading of passengers only. There is no stopping in a white zone."
"No, the white zone is for loading. Now, there is no stopping in a RED zone."
"The red zone has always been for loading."
"Don't you tell me which zone is for loading and which zone is for unloading."
"Look Betty, don't start up with your white zone ***** again. There's just no stopping in a white zone."
"Oh really, Vernon? Why pretend, we both know perfectly well what this is about. You want me to have an abortion."
"It's really the only sensible thing to do, if its done safely. Therapeutically there's no danger involved." - synaesthesia, on 10/10/2007, -9/+73And America is spending billions on a pointless war while millions live below the poverty line. Every country does it.
- suckaPU, on 10/10/2007, -39/+80ok great, china... now figure out how to feed your population
- IKORKYI, on 10/10/2007, -8/+24bigger/better airport = more commerce in the country, create more jobs (high tech and manual). More efficient so they will save LONG RUN. Spend millions on airport, get billions in commerce. No wait, i guess theyre just doing it and didnt consider economics - your right.
- nofaith, on 10/10/2007, -0/+13The movie Airplane.
- sundancekid503, on 10/10/2007, -3/+15synaesthesia, do you like movies about gladiators?
- Pdj79, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10Nougat, have you ever seen a grown man naked?
- Nougat, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9antiorblkflag9, ... Have you ever been in a Turkish prison?
- brettsmaname, on 10/10/2007, -1/+10i guess you haven't been watching the news... because china is currently in an arms build up including brand spanking new nuclear submarines that can carry their nuclear warheads... and many more items... not only that, but they have been connected to a LOT of government network hacking... not to mention the fact that you don't have the right to say ANYTHING in dissent of the Chinese government if you are a Chinese citizen... jeez get your facts straight
- edwartica, on 10/10/2007, -2/+10No, we just murder children with our lack of universal health care!
- kelly, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8Looks like an 80's stylized electric guitar-banjo

- satx, on 10/10/2007, -22/+28Why's he being dugg down? China is spending hundreds of millions of dollars on some opulent airport when most of their population doesn't even have a minimally acceptable quality of life. Something is wrong with this picture.
- cblalock, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5I picked the wrong day to stop sniffing glue.
- shadowblade989, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Nope, but I can use the correct form of the word "to."
- ggtsu, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5What's that saying...something about throwing stones and glass houses? That was a pretty ignorant comment.
- roomforpanic, on 10/10/2007, -2/+7Living in poverty in America is nothing compared to living in poverty in China. The fact is that no matter how pointless the war is, the basic quality of life for the vast majority of Americans remains unaffected. Yet, your comment is dugg up over a comment pointing out more than half a century of oppression and deprivation.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6They could get jobs... maybe building an airport?
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6Sundancekid503, do you like prison movies?
- got80s, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5That first image makes me think of some sort of Vulcan complex...
- MOJIRA, on 05/17/2008, -0/+4China has it's problems, but I'm more concerned about us feeding our people (and doing a lot of other things to provide a better quality of life). To think what could have been done with all the money spent in Iraq.
On topic: that's an awesome looking/sounding airport. I've always want to visit China and now I have more incentive, knowing that my place of arrival will be sweet. - nickj224, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4I lived in China for 2 years. I was just at the Beijing airport in June. I am assuming these pics are for what the airport is supposed to look like in 2008 because as of June 2007, I have seen nicer airports in Vietnam. You will see all kinds of nice pics of China online... they are MASTERS of Photoshop. Visit there and you will agree. That being said... I love the Chinese people and can't wait to go back.
- BlackJackJester, on 10/10/2007, -2/+6If you don't think china isn't spending gobs of money on bombs that put holes in other countries...you're ignorant...

- blackmage439, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5***** site. Even ***** mirror. Buried.
- b0m8ad1l, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4It looks like a huge Sonic Drive-in for airplanes.
- VictoryGin, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Actually, if you want to get all picky... There is no continent "America", nor is there a country "U.S". There are continents North America and South America, and a country U.S.A.
- TypeEE, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4The designer of this airport likes guitar hero.
- goodcow, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4Paid for with American interest on money borrowed from China for the Iraq War!
- tizz66, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Am I the only one that thinks it looks like a sword...?
- IHaveIssues, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3***** small pics that is
- memoid, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Thats cos its not built yet. Those images are mainly CG, that terminal is still being built and opens next year.
- ayeroxor, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3ENOUGH WITH THE AIRPLANE QUOTES!!!
Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue... - johnn11238, on 10/10/2007, -4/+7"The world’s largest and most advanced airport building"
And the worlds slowest and crapiest website - mtnhippy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3"A symbol of place, its soaring aerodynamic roof and dragon-like form will celebrate the thrill of flight and evoke traditional Chinese colours and symbols."
A symbol of place eh? Another good idea would have been to make it a symbol of peace. - sundancekid503, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3... not!
- drizzlelicious, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2My bad, the site was down, and I didn't bother to try to use a mirror to check it out. Just assumed it was pictures of the airport I've been to
- tarquell, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Lord Foster FTW.
- Hidama, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I was traveling throughout Asia this summer, and Beijing International Airport is nowhere near as efficient and modernized as Hong Kong International is. If you would like an airport instead of conceptualized design, check it out. (http://www.hongkongairport.com/eng/index.html)
- 0crabby0, on 10/10/2007, -5/+7So??? It's all made of lead...
- ssb8mao, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Why is the USS Enterprise at their airport? :/
- belv, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2yeah, what a load of crape.
- monkeyrun, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3You can save money on many things but not basic infrastructure like airport.
- kasper93, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Did someone ask What's that from, Jeez man it's from AIRPLANE!!!!!! go buy it
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Really? Even though it's not scheduled to be completed until December of this year??
- Koldkompress, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2That's an extreme case. The way it normally works is that you get taxed a lot more and you have to pay for health care and education etc that are normally free if you have a single child.
[At least, that's what I believe is correct, if I'm wrong please say]
But here's the kicker - the limit is actually a good idea. I've said it before, and it's quite unpopular, but the population is too high at it is, we're burning up resources so quickly, and changing the environment so rapidly.. something has to be done. - t1m0j5, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2http://imdb.com/title/tt0080339/
