All the baby would have to do is fall the wrong way and he could be injured. Plus babies shouldn't be bounced hard when they're little because that in itself could cause internal damage, which i'm sure this people never bother to check for...

UTIs: usually caused by improper care, cured with antibiotics, girls are about 4x more likely to get them. So, care for your infant properly (don't retract), if they get a UTI, treat them with antibiotics just like you would a girl.
Balanitis: Usually associated with infection and filth. Again, make sure your child bathes often, don't retract them, and if they get an infection, make sure the doctor cultures the infection and treats it with the proper antifungal or antibiotic. This isn't 500BC, we don't hack ***** off when it gets infected.
