- acmaurer, on 06/09/2008, -3/+28Please - I've seen photos of Google offices and they look more like day care play areas than work spaces.
- inactive, on 06/09/2008, -2/+21Google employees must be really bored if they have time to build things like that. Check out #2
- inactive, on 06/09/2008, -1/+19I hate you so much right now.
- HSlipwiffle, on 06/09/2008, -4/+21God, I would give anything to work for Google.
- acmaurer, on 06/09/2008, -1/+16Duh - a googol.
- FrozenDeception, on 06/09/2008, -0/+15I guess I'm not a true pirate without a porthole YAR!
- stix213, on 06/09/2008, -2/+17Only 2 of all the pics actually show work spaces, the rest are meeting rooms and break rooms.
buried - feanix, on 06/09/2008, -2/+16mines pretty awful: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=vGDLGA_RMSM
- camaroz06, on 06/09/2008, -3/+12Ok, if you want to compare how my workplace looks this is what you do.
Stand up, pull down your pants, take a ***** on the ground. Then put your face into the pile of your ***** and move it back and forth. Stand up and have a look around. That’s what our office over at Boston U. looks like, a ***** ***** fest. This place is a ***** converted parking lot with goddamn columns running through the hallways with giant cubicle walls that are the most awful dirty white color. Oh what you want some natural light? ***** you plebes you cannot have any! In our office natural light is given only to those with private offices...no natural light makes its way into the office itself.
This place sucks! The University should be ashamed one of their main administrative offices looks so BAD. - micro506, on 06/09/2008, -0/+9Not very well
- drakenlot, on 06/09/2008, -0/+9These are so much cooler

I'd kill to have a slide in my workplace - nimawin, on 06/09/2008, -0/+8let's begin with your soul
- nogami, on 06/09/2008, -0/+8I looked through the gallery, and the only one I found even remotely good was the boardroom in photo #10. The rest of them looked like you'd be doing your business in an IKEA display room.
- AdrenalineJunky, on 06/09/2008, -0/+8Why no, I do not have a romper-room style circular hole cut on the wall next to my desk.
- acmaurer, on 06/09/2008, -0/+7I love the deer (#11). All I can see at work is someone else's bobble-head collection. (Which is awesome, by the way.)
- inactive, on 06/09/2008, -0/+7Well, Google's the #1 company to work for, according to Fortune magazine: http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/bestcompani ...
How many resumes do you think Google receives each day?? - solarsavior, on 06/09/2008, -0/+7Working from home, FTW.
- inactive, on 06/09/2008, -1/+7You and everyone else, buddy.
- unicronband, on 06/09/2008, -1/+7I like this office in a submarine.

It doesn't - the best thing about my ***** cubicle is my access to digg to keep me awake. - davidhallstrom, on 06/09/2008, -0/+5Interesting offices but maybe a little far out for me.
- Serenikill, on 06/09/2008, -1/+6I do my work in a Hallbicle (cubicle in a hallway) :(
- koko775, on 06/09/2008, -0/+5Working in cubicles causes me soul-crushing sadness. I can understand their need for fancy cubicles.
- IpodCrazy, on 06/09/2008, -1/+5How much do Google employee's make?
- Indrius, on 06/09/2008, -0/+4Since when meetings became productive?
- acmaurer, on 06/09/2008, -0/+4Hey, whatever makes you want to go to work in the morning...
- longboarder543, on 06/09/2008, -0/+4I may not work at google, but I have a fish tank in my office and all the cheez-its and goldfish I want for free = WIN.
- sillymeganlee, on 06/09/2008, -1/+5Oh yeah? Well I've half a cubicle. HALF a cubicle.
But one wall I've decorated with cut out space invaders.
In your face, Google. - Indrius, on 06/09/2008, -0/+4No matter how nice or funny looking office might be but I still hate rat race.
- VintageMud, on 06/09/2008, -0/+4How about just a plain, simple cube where people can't sneak up behind me...
- stix213, on 06/09/2008, -0/+4Fact #1: You are a racist moron and if you committed suicide you would actually be elevating the species.
Fact #2: If a black man killed you the end result would be exactly the same as if a white man killed you...... The world would be a slightly better place than before the murder.
Fact #3: If a knew who you were I would frame you for a felony, so you could meet all those black men you speak of in prison first hand...... and hopefully get your ass raped until you beg for the leniency of death. - themagicnote, on 06/09/2008, -1/+4wow! the meeting room in image 13 incredible, like ultimate ikea ha!
- geneticlone, on 06/09/2008, -0/+3eBGIQ7ZuuiU = rick roll
:P - WELLDOITLIVE, on 06/09/2008, -0/+3Clearly he must have a Dwight bobble head to validate the collection. He does, right? (or she)
- VonCali, on 06/09/2008, -1/+4Google has offices like this to reduce the stress of their employees and in return the employees are then able to work more hours. Bored? Not a chance...
- inactive, on 06/09/2008, -0/+3Of course. You work in a production studio!
- heysuburbia, on 06/09/2008, -0/+3I think my office is pretty rad:
http://hallmedia.com/tour.html - GeorgeXIV, on 06/09/2008, -0/+3that sucks for you my office is great fun!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBGIQ7ZuuiU - acmaurer, on 06/09/2008, -0/+3I'm sorry. You don't have any pool tables in your office, I'm guessing?
- mejusthavin, on 06/09/2008, -1/+4These are the worst "cool" office designs I have ever seen. I used to work for an animation studio it was incredible. Shoot Pixar has a pizza oven, these are just sad....
- lordtyros, on 06/09/2008, -1/+4Slightly below average.
- lordtyros, on 06/09/2008, -2/+4***** that. Being at work 60+ hours a week is *****.
- inactive, on 06/09/2008, -0/+2I'm surprised this story didn't get buried for the lack of digg offices
- CyphreDias, on 06/09/2008, -0/+2If people can work in an environment that resembles home, they might stay with the company longer and possibly work for less money in order to maintain the quality of living they get to enjoy for most of the day. It could be a win-win. Any CEO's listening out there???
- heysuburbia, on 06/09/2008, -0/+2True, but we're also an interactive company and I work on the computer for 8 hours staring at code, so it's a good open floor plan with bright colors.
- jellyfishes, on 06/09/2008, -0/+2Sometimes I want to start my own company just so I can design a really awesome office.
- zaneperry, on 06/10/2008, -0/+2How Does Mine Compare? I work at home with my wife. I win.
- stix213, on 06/09/2008, -0/+2Meeting rooms are more for deciding what work needs to be done, instead of actually doing work.
