- biggestsonicfan, on 04/28/2008, -0/+99This is hardly practical. You couldn't get very far attached to a water cooling unit, I mean, you'd practically be chained to your computer, you couldn't leave.... oh... wait... where do I get one of these?
- inactive, on 04/28/2008, -1/+91finally! something I can wear with my keyboard jeans!
- dtele, on 04/28/2008, -0/+51Thats inside-out right?
right? - aliengoods, on 04/28/2008, -2/+53I could have used the underwear.
No more embarrassing erections at the beach. Damn two-piece suits on an 18 year old girl. Curse your magnificence! - mattcoady, on 04/28/2008, -0/+44Were you trying to overclock yourself?
- dpcamp, on 04/28/2008, -0/+39i'm guessing you'd have to wear it as an undershirt if fashion is your priority, but if you are geeky enough to actually buy this, i'm sure be fashionable isn't on the top 10 of your priorities.
- fhernand, on 04/28/2008, -0/+33I thought of tron when I saw the thumbnail
- inactive, on 04/28/2008, -1/+29this is about as cool as a wi-fi detecting t-shirt
- inactive, on 04/28/2008, -1/+28This was made for car racers who have to race for a very long time in extreme heat.
You have to plug it in.
And here: http://www.coolshirt.net/ - markbrown, on 04/28/2008, -0/+22I live in Minnesota. It was snowing this morning; I ***** you not.
- louiebaur, on 04/28/2008, -4/+21Good idea I could have used that shirt today
- Ninjao, on 04/28/2008, -4/+20O________o
- Derelict267, on 04/28/2008, -1/+15Everybody chill.
- HellzYeahCCR, on 04/28/2008, -0/+14The world is in dire need of a 'Lava Heated Shirt'. Capitalize, people.
- joeomar, on 04/28/2008, -4/+17Outstanding, for people like myself who take several medications and sensitive to weather. This weekend would have been perfect as it was 100 degrees here in Los Angeles, CA, (well all of southern CA), and its not even summer, cool. I appreciate you for your education and dedication to make a better world!
- jonohull, on 04/28/2008, -0/+13A/C means air cooled/conditioned. This is technically a W/C shirt.
- theaceoffire, on 04/28/2008, -1/+12Put that on the outside of an insulator, fill it with liquid oxygen, and I can be Mr. Freeze!
- surKaz, on 04/28/2008, -1/+11Nothing wrong with flaunting this piece of art..
- glock22ownr, on 04/28/2008, -0/+9This reminds me of Back To The Future... I want my self drying coat damn it !!
- Lovett, on 04/28/2008, -0/+9I would wear this as an undershirt and confuse people buy wearing hot sweaty jackets all summer
- surKaz, on 04/28/2008, -0/+9No details on the shirt it self.. how's the water pumped around?.. Do you have to stay connected to something..or is there a portable pump you can carry around (in your pocket, yes, that small)... I see the tube...but,..then what?
- inactive, on 04/28/2008, -0/+9MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
Yes, dear?
HOT POCKETS!!!
Coming, dear! - PopeOfDope, on 04/28/2008, -0/+8He would probably need something like this:

- jjustice, on 04/28/2008, -0/+7Dugg your comment for being able to be taken two ways ;-)
- edmcguirk, on 04/28/2008, -0/+7Geez, this stuff is not new. Why not just post links to a catalog?
http://www.saferacer.com/fresh-air-systems-racer-s ... - markbrown, on 04/28/2008, -0/+7edit: ***** this state.
- Aurabolt, on 04/28/2008, -0/+7A/C Shirt == Water-cooled shirt?
I was expecting back-mounted fans or a window air conditioner backpack... - azAZ09, on 04/28/2008, -0/+7sillsuit
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stillsuit - jggube, on 04/28/2008, -2/+8Very cool tutorial. It's kind of like water-cooling your PC, only it's your body!
- wes00mertes, on 04/28/2008, -1/+7Except the wi-fi detecting shirt was amazing.
- inactive, on 04/28/2008, -0/+6I saw something similar to this on the Gadget Show. It had built in mini air conditioners into a shirt and when they turned on it blew all of the air from the inside outwards, making a tiny little Japanese office worker look like the Hulk......with a tiny head....quite funny.
- PL3NTY, on 04/28/2008, -0/+6I just need one for my sweaty fat ball-sack
- inactive, on 04/28/2008, -0/+5I can see myself using a shirt like that. I spend a lot of time outside during the summer and Toronto summers can be a little sticky.
- darling, on 04/28/2008, -0/+5Or you could wear a shirt over it... y'know, treat it like an undershirt.
- Jb611, on 04/28/2008, -0/+5wtf dude
- p51d007, on 04/28/2008, -0/+5Geez, this is old. NASA had this 40 years ago. Look up how they kept the astronauts cool & warm in the vacuum of space.
- Gir53457, on 04/28/2008, -0/+5Thank you for restating the article. But yeah, my brother wore one until he flipped and ruptured the tubes and made it look like he pissed himself in his fire suit.
- feighery, on 04/28/2008, -0/+5Not much use for one of there in Ireland at the moment but its cool none the less.
- martinherrera, on 04/28/2008, -1/+6in the winter time, you could hook it up to your 'junk' and make it a heater/t-shirt
- DroidBlender, on 09/18/2008, -0/+4I can't wait to overclock that thing!
- surKaz, on 04/28/2008, -0/+4Pics or...... it's not as funny..
- ccxftw, on 04/28/2008, -0/+4Racing drivers have been using this for quite a while. Although it would be neat to see it implemented for more everyday things.
- feshmania, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3this is the type of shirt i need for running races. i bet it's heavy as ***** though.
- inactive, on 04/28/2008, -3/+6I thought of tron when you mentioned how you thought of tron.
- Parkeway, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3Been using these in my Spec Miata for years... Haven't picked up chicks with it there either...
- tigerpaper, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3The huge tag COOL SHIRT on the front seems kind of pretentious.
- Boooohjoke, on 04/29/2008, -0/+3Wasn't it like 80º last week one day? This morning, I look out my window and ***** snow...
- nekochan, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3that's it. someone needs to wire this thing to light up now.
