          I know many people that smoke and then go running, or lift weights, or write music, or other activities that aren't just laziness like "eat and watch TV." Pot doesn't make you lazy, it just amplifies selective personality traits, with laziness being one of them.

          My guess would be that most of the people you know who're lazy afterwards were generally lazy otherwise, as least during "personal time."
