- Lucas123, on 05/17/2008, -0/+296It's the younger generation - no sense of responsibility.
- RaggTopp, on 05/17/2008, -9/+93WTF taking a one year old to a chiropractor?
Did he not understand the permanent damage that can and most likely will be done to the developing joints?
Idiot family probably believes in homeopathy too. - Koush, on 05/17/2008, -0/+76Arrogant thing, thinks it's above the law!.
- aMammoth, on 05/17/2008, -3/+65Seriously, a 1 year old should have no reason to go to a chiropractor, they can't even complain yet about pain in specific.
- flipz4, on 05/17/2008, -21/+75The father should be kicked in the teeth for bringing his 1 year old kid to the chiropractor. That's ridiculous.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -2/+55The judge should throw the board book at him.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+52I hope they send that irresponsible baby to collections!
- badnewshotel, on 05/17/2008, -0/+46The kids name is Jacy? Really? Throw the parents in jail.
- MrSalty, on 05/17/2008, -2/+39He wasn't even 1 when they took him to the quackipractor. The story says they took him shortly after birth.
So, I'll rephrase your question: Who in their right mind takes a newborn to a chiropractor? - acid0426, on 05/17/2008, -0/+30Baby better get a lawyer.
- pintomp3, on 05/17/2008, -1/+30damn free loading kids. if we had a truly free market, that baby would be working off his medical bill making toys for other babies.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -4/+30Who throws subpoena's ....honestly?
- Spanq, on 05/17/2008, -3/+24You don't need to be an expert to know manipulating an infant's back is bad, but you're quite the ***** moron if you think it does any good.
- Maver1c, on 05/17/2008, -1/+21I read that as "above the lawl"....i need to go outside.
- stevealford, on 05/17/2008, -6/+26Deadbeat Baby: It was the next logical step.
Edit: After posting that, I had a mental image of the baby from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" with a cigar in his hand saying, "Chiropractor bill? I ain't payin no ***** chiropractor bill." - FUR10N, on 05/17/2008, -0/+18a court order saying you have to appear in court at a certain date
- Nhmarine, on 05/17/2008, -0/+16Ah, to be young again =]
- B3N3, on 05/17/2008, -1/+17It's probably that kid from those e*trade commercials again...
- NightVortez, on 05/17/2008, -0/+16I want to hear the baby's side on this....
- doctechnical, on 05/17/2008, -1/+16The same kind of person P.T. Barnum said was born every minute.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+14gooo goo ga gaa go gaaa
- Boonharbor, on 05/17/2008, -1/+14Seriously,
Who names their son Jacy? - bokep, on 05/17/2008, -0/+12The trial would have been groundbreaking and quite hilarious.
- RaggTopp, on 05/17/2008, -3/+15The same kind of person that takes their child to some dirty hippie lady, who then fills a dixie cup full of salt water, holds it in front of the child's head, and when her hand starts shaking, loudly declares that the child is allergic to salt.
Scary huh? This is the mentality of most people into homeopathy. It's up there with "Pyramid Power" and "Crystal Power" and all the other newage *****.
Don't get me wrong, I love getting my back cracked, I'll be the first to say it helps my lower back pain.
But popping my back cause I have a cold? Or Diabetes? WHAT THE *****???? These yahoos are actually out there. As another person made a comment to....PT Barnum had it right. - plopper, on 05/17/2008, -0/+12I guess the collections company they hired wasn't able to collect. Perhaps there was a language barrier.
- cliffzdude, on 05/17/2008, -1/+12Wait a minute here, the irresponsible generation are the parents (sarcasm).
I had to read that three times - yes, the parents took their ONE year old to the chiropractor.
What? Who *goes* to a chiropractor, say nothing for taking their one year old to a chiropractor???
A one year old doesn't have a developed skeletal system, really, I'm not flame baiting, why take a one year old to a chiropractor??? I'm a Dad, I really don't get this. - inactive, on 05/17/2008, -1/+10I know Chiropractors are quacks, now I know they're crooks too!
- Super6, on 05/17/2008, -0/+9I told you these guys are nothing but problems. They come here to our country without applying for citizenship, they don't speak our language, and then they expect us to wait on them hand foot all long with free food and health care, and of course you know they don't pay taxes.
Damn kids. - FunkyNuts, on 05/17/2008, -0/+8I heard the baby also has a FICO score of 340 due to some unpaid college loans.
- xmizzbojanglesx, on 05/17/2008, -7/+15And I suppose you do because of your fancy little icon there?
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -2/+9retards that shouldn't have kids.

8:29 -> 9:35 - inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+7Maybe he had scoliosis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scoliosis), which develops before birth. I'm more concerned with actually taking a baby to a chiropractor, which is less scientifically proven than acupuncture and a lot less safe (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiropractor#Safety)
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -1/+8Japanese people
- Psythik, on 05/17/2008, -0/+7The same people who add apostrophes to every word that ends in S.
- thrallie, on 05/17/2008, -1/+7Akaji, it's alternative medicine, it's not a real science. I think its irresponsible for any parent to bring their kid to any kind of alternative medicine unless the child is old enough to know what he or she is getting themselves into. I wouldn't have wanted my bones set if I were one years old and able to make that decision. The child's bones aren't even set yet, they are soft.
I'm a major libertarian but I have a hard time arguing with the idea of outlawing chiropractic "medicine". - RaggTopp, on 05/17/2008, -7/+13No, YOU don't know what you're talking about.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1735825
That's just ONE thing.
Why don't YOU go and do some research about Chiropractic treatments before you talk about something you know little about?
The federal government STILL has no official position on it for the SAME reason it takes no stance on homeopathic treatments....there is little to NO scientific evidence that it works.
The only PROVEN things that chiropractic treatment helps is lower back pain, headaches, and other similar types of nerve pain.
The ONLY sources claiming that chiropractic treatment of an infant is a GOOD thing are sites that are clearly biased (and some of them even have ads for homeopathy).
Using it for anything other than nerve pain is pseudoscience and quackery. - AndrewTechie, on 05/17/2008, -0/+6Thats just Rockingham County for ya! I live right around there (25 min south) and they do stupid crap like this.
- WaterDragon, on 05/17/2008, -1/+7It could have been fun to actually bring the kid to the court, and let them try to swear him in and question him.! Could have been a great video for Youtube!
- ph070sh0p, on 05/17/2008, -1/+7Don't worry. I did too.
- kashk5, on 05/17/2008, -0/+6Hey, that's extremely offensive to babies everywhere.
- tkcom, on 05/17/2008, -0/+5WTF to both parties.
- pintomp3, on 05/17/2008, -1/+6one child left behind bars.
- MrSalty, on 05/17/2008, -1/+6Which would rule out a chiropractor.
- Necromancyr, on 05/17/2008, -3/+81. Take baby to chiropractor.
2. Don't pay chiropractor bill.
3. ???
4. PROFIT! - djdole, on 05/17/2008, -0/+4O_O
Google is quite useful by the way. - MrSalty, on 05/17/2008, -0/+4A subpoena to appear in court over a small-claims lawsuit is not the same as going to jail.
- inactive, on 05/17/2008, -0/+4actually you can be born with scoliosis (which is the only explanation of why you would take a newborn to a chiropractor). preventive chiropractory is unsound on an adult and insane on a new born
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scoliosis
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiropractor#Safety - inactive, on 05/17/2008, -5/+9Nobody gives baby to the coroner
- tibbon, on 05/17/2008, -0/+4Think of the children!
- thecoolestguy, on 05/17/2008, -1/+5He's a one year old, that's hardly a baby, more like verging on being a toddler. He knew what he was doing.
