- 1gunners4, on 01/16/2008, -4/+98FFXII got a 40/40, too. I didn't even finish that thing.
This game will rock because it's a Smash Brothers, not because Famitsu says it does. - Baelorn, on 01/16/2008, -3/+36A 40/40 from Famistu just isn't what it used to be. FFXII had some serious gameplay flaws and that ending was just awful. I'm a HUGE fan of FF but XII wasn't 40/40 material.
- Daggity, on 01/16/2008, -0/+31You don't need SSBB for that.
- Klarth, on 01/16/2008, -1/+31Nah, I'd say irrational detractors are much worse.
- Dobiewonkenobi, on 01/16/2008, -4/+3240/40 confirmed for brawl

- Protoss, on 01/16/2008, -0/+21I thought about the same thing. Oh hey its delayed a month for NA, but just so you know what you're missing, its perfect.
- sindex, on 01/16/2008, -1/+22SSBB. Why do you ask?
Incidentally, can't people own multiple systems? - krabat, on 01/16/2008, -0/+21I love how the maturity arguments are always the ones filled with 4th grade humor.
- tadj, on 01/16/2008, -8/+29I am so hyped about this game! I need it NOW NINTENDO!!
- KnockoutNerd, on 01/16/2008, -0/+18Even though it was a shameless plug, the site is the only place I found a translated review.
- drlha, on 01/16/2008, -2/+16No he's talking about real friends, you know, the type that come to your house. Not 13 year olds shouting racist abuse at you over a headset.
- inactive, on 01/16/2008, -1/+15go outside in the meantime
- meruru, on 01/16/2008, -3/+17Hating FPS games, I'd pick SSBB

- archer104, on 01/16/2008, -0/+12the winters are surprisingly mild.
- EtherGnat, on 01/16/2008, -0/+11Right, it's not like Nintendogs has sold more copies than anything ever published for the PS2, or outsold the top 15 titles on the PS3 *combined*. Oh wait, that's exactly what it's like. Nintendogs may not be my kind of game, and it may not be your kind of game, but if you dismiss its popularity and appeal you're a fool.
- cardyology, on 01/16/2008, -3/+14I can't wait to smash my brothers face in....

Variety Fighter/ Action
You can control tons of characters like Mario and Snake. Up to four players can battle at once. Cooperative mode is added in. Online battles are also possible.
Target Players: Anyone can enjoy this one
Average Play time: That depends on how you play this game
This time single player has tons of content. The adventure mode is quite long and fun. And the story presentation is amazing. As for the fights, with the strong unpredictable factor that comes with final smashes, more than ever we can be excited about matches not being related to skill. The controls and sound are also satisfying. Hats off to Nintendo.
Score: 10
The new unpredictable factor that is the final smash allows us to enjoy an amazing effect and refreshing feel from any character. The fights are even more intense. The single player modes are abundant and a plus. The Subspace Emissary Adventure mode movie and action tempo are good and you just forget time while playing. Im highly satisfied with the game.
Score: 10
The powerhouse cast and gimmicks! The dynamic and subtle character moves! The must see final smashes! There are tons of battle stages. The single player mode is also extremely satisfying. There is a stage edit, and you can browse through the detailed information in the game.
Score 10
The moves of the the all star roster of characters have been polished, and the addicting one player mode has been perfected. With its outstanding graphics and wonderful ambience, Brawl is an epic game in which you can feel the efforts that went into it. Every time you play it, you'll discover something new, and you'll savor both sweet joy and bitter loss when you battle.
Score: 10 - SCPChop108, on 01/16/2008, -0/+9Uh SSBB since I own the other 2 already :p
- enicholas, on 01/16/2008, -1/+10I think Wind Waker was better than OoT. Reviews are opinions, not objective fact.

http://brawlcentral.com/famitsu_scans.php - mattwalton56, on 01/16/2008, -1/+9O RLY? From what I've heard Hell is a particularly hot place all year.
- jsully, on 01/16/2008, -1/+9Some of Famitsu's perfect scores are *spot* on: Ocarina of Time, Vagrant Story, Final Fantasy 12, Soul Calibur. Others (Wind Waker and Nintendogs) were certainly good, but not perfect.
- rpgguy1o1, on 01/17/2008, -0/+8brawl is rehashed unoriginal crap?
why do i get the feeling that you were one of the ***** rubbing boners with the other guys in line for halo 3? - LogitechG15, on 01/16/2008, -0/+8Will do
- R3Dirkulous, on 01/16/2008, -1/+9for its demographic, it's perfect
- Makaveli604, on 01/16/2008, -0/+7infairness, a wii is one of the most social..
- LordSubtle, on 01/16/2008, -4/+11Smash Bros, beacuse Halo and CoD are infinitely likely to have a very similar sequal 2 years from now. Melee is still good and its, what, 7 years old?
- DinosWillDie13, on 01/16/2008, -1/+8smash brothers hasn't even been released yet...
- jwiegmann, on 01/17/2008, -0/+6LOL! Epic fail!!! Your adolescence is confirmed! As the SSM announcer would say:
FAILURE! - EtherGnat, on 01/16/2008, -1/+7Just because the game is not yet available in stores doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
- LordofChaosIori, on 01/16/2008, -1/+7Go suck a... copy of Halo Wars when it comes out.
- krd1979, on 01/16/2008, -0/+6WTF? Nintendo will never die!
- Shadic, on 01/16/2008, -0/+5You know.. Companies can put out review copies of their games before it's released to the general public.
- pistonhonda, on 01/16/2008, -0/+5This is a much better article.
- volacide, on 01/16/2008, -0/+4To each his own really. Final Fantasy 12 to me wasn't as good as some of the others and to you either obviously, but I could easily see how others could just be in love with FF12. I mean with a game that just has SO MUCH going for it, it's easy to understand that why opinions can differ vastly.
I beat FF12 because there were parts of it that were just plain awesome and other parts that weren't so awesome but still, it was a fantastic game. I think the biggest complaint I have about FF12 is the color palette. I like my contrast rich fantasy colors and not the drab browns and greys seen throughout most of FF12. The monster hunting quests and some of the other locales were ***** awesome though and the battle system was new and interesting as well.
Funny thing is, I think FF12 has one of the best endings in the entire series! Even though it's my least favorite Final Fantasy game, the ending to FF12 just left me feeling so happy for everyone, it really tied everything together. The whole gang finally got what they wanted/needed. - geneikillua, on 01/16/2008, -0/+4In defense of moolcool, it's common knowledge that movies don't exist in any form until they're released, same with books and CDs. Upon release date, these items are beak-delivered by storks straight from the North Pole residence of the Tooth Fairy. He was just trying to apply this knowledge by analogy to video games.
- Carlix, on 01/16/2008, -11/+15SSBB is 1000x better than the rest of that crappy FPS games
- Natetendo83, on 01/17/2008, -0/+4fanboys making fun of other fanboys are actually the most pathetic things on the planet
