I URGE all fans, especially those in English-speaking countries, to buy it off the VC when it's out. Yea you can emulate it like I've been doing on every system capable of SNES emulation for years, but hopefully a large turnout will show Nintendo how large the English-speaking Mother fanbase is, and possible sway their opinion on it's self-considered "failure" in the US, and thus persuade Nintendo of America to consider it profitable to release Mother 3 in English. - fyreboltx, on 05/03/2008, -0/+26I'm guessing Smash Bros Brawl along with the Wii's VC really boosted Ness' popularity. People probably showed more interest in Earthbound when the price would be $8 rather than $100 or whatever Earthbound is selling for these days.

Its not that I'm not strong enough to survive the attacks, its just...him. Its the only game that planted a lasting fear of a ghastly red face floating in the blackness. First time i saw it, i couldn't sleep for days.
