Dude Plays Mario Kart Using a Wii Guitar!
theregoesdave.com — Since Mario Kart came out for the Wii, I haven ’t seen a single extra wheel controller in the stores. Sure you can play the old-fashioned way using a Wiimote and Nunchuck, but what’s the fun in that? We decided that it would be much cooler to play Mario Kart using the Guitar Hero controller for Wii that was laying around. Check out the video!

- dansmeek, on 05/13/2008, -3/+5as the above two comments illustrate it's hit and miss. i never played the gamecube mariokart, but a lot of people say it's basically gamecube mario kart with motion controls. i think it's fun, and the wii wheel turned out to pretty good. i never thought id actually end up using the wheel to play it, but it makes it a lot more fun than a standard analog controller is.

Even if you do bounce it on your knee, you end up turning drastically which defeats the purpose of the wheelie to make you go faster.
