stubhub sucks
consumeraffairs.com — Recently purchased tickets through stubhub at twice the face value. This was Ok cept....I purchased them for the wrong month. I immediately called stubhub to change the dates but was told "Too bad. You punched the keys not us". The tickets were in my mailbox the next day. Anyone wanna go to a concert on May 26th?
