If you had bothered to read the article, you would have realized that the author loves Bob Dylan, but he or she also know that no one will read an article titled "Why Bob Dylan is Amazing". The solution is to give the article a title like "Here Is Angelina Jolie's Phone number" and then write about your aunt May getting herpes from Russian Soldiers in Afghanistan. Get the drift?
