I mean, I like them, but The Clash is the best of any of the bands on this list. The only one they could have fairly been put against was The Ramones, imho.. But it's an excellent throwdown....

Sorry but, The Clash, The Jam, Buzzcocks, Siouxsie & the Banshees.. come on they cannot be topped by any of the American bands. The Ramones are the only ones that could possibly come close.
- DarkDeciever, 13 hr 9 min ago, -0/+0The clash are not the greatest band ever, although i do love them there are bands so much better, as in The ruts Sham 69 but these wern't ever commercially as big as the clash. Although i also love Us punk rock i think it is about where you are and since i am so close to london where punk was born on this side of the water i have to favor UK punk rock.
