- DarkNemesis618, on 06/13/2008, -11/+202Guilty as sin...yet with the right lawyer and enough money, you can get out of a lot of things these days...sad
- Ac1dburn, on 12/02/2008, -10/+180Apparently video and 12 witnesses aren't enough to convict someone if they have enough money
- inactive, on 06/13/2008, -10/+159WTF?!?!? I clearly saw him pee on a 13yr old
- ericodom, on 06/13/2008, -7/+136Money over rules law.
- V0lk, on 06/14/2008, -5/+131I am PISSED
- dgaspard, on 06/13/2008, -6/+125They caught the man on tape. Seriously, this is worse than OJ.
- SilentJay74, on 06/13/2008, -5/+90You been watching child pr0n? WTF?
- thinkingserious, on 06/13/2008, -3/+73I want Dave Chappelle to comment: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmBRBUZ7UWc
- bluntphallus, on 06/14/2008, -1/+71He didn't do it, but if he did, here's how it happened...
- frieddonuts, on 06/14/2008, -5/+69I refuse to digg TMZ
- inactive, on 06/14/2008, -0/+47I hope he dedicates his life to catching the real pisser.
- MookiBlaylock, on 06/13/2008, -6/+50He did it just as much as OJ did it.
- inactive, on 06/14/2008, -1/+42Actual footage of the trial http://youtube.com/watch?v=-ibYLmDRzFc
- smkonthewtr, on 06/14/2008, -5/+45if i peed on a girl who was underage i woulda been in jail yrs ago
- CaptainAmerica1, on 06/13/2008, -14/+52I never thought the OJ jury could be called to another case.
I guess I was wrong.
As a matter of fact, I teach concealed carry classes. In those classes, I half-joke about the fact that if any of my students get into a shooting, their worst nightmare would be to have to explain their actions in front of "the OJ jury" because their collective IQ would be just about equal to my cat.
On second thought, I realize now that my cat is way, way smarter. - EnSvensk, on 06/14/2008, -0/+37Quick, to 4chan!
- im2emo4myshrt, on 06/14/2008, -0/+34If theres grass on the field, pee on it.
Wait, that's not right. - StigNordas, on 06/13/2008, -4/+38The power of expensive defense and a docile jury.
- TripleAStacked, on 06/14/2008, -3/+36Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you the power of the dollar.
- morninglorii, on 06/14/2008, -2/+35I feel like he could've peed on the girl right in the court room, in front of the jury, and after careful deliberation, they would've decided there wasn't enough evidence to prove he did it.
- Cancerkitty, on 06/13/2008, -6/+36This is absolutely disgusting.
- petebert, on 06/14/2008, -1/+29so, what are you trying to say?
- Cheeselover, on 06/14/2008, -2/+29Well, just playing devil's advocate here, but Vick put down many, many, dogs and was guilty of countless acts of animal abuse. R. Kelly didn't kill anyone, plus the girl consented to it. I think what Vick did was worse
- Shyne, on 06/14/2008, -0/+25I can sympathize with these jurors. To say R. Kelly is guilty "I would need a tape of R.Kelly pissing on the girl, while singing "Piss on you", and the girl is holding 2 forms of government ID. Also a police officer in the room, and 4 or 5 of my buddies and Neil taking notes AND his grandmother has to be there to confirm his identity." - Dave Chappelle
- inferno10, on 06/14/2008, -1/+26"Why don't you have a seat over there."

someone posted a youtube video above - 335io07, on 06/14/2008, -3/+27That bitch Nancy Grace is probably furiously rippin the hair off her snatch and screaming obscenities.
- greenlight2001, on 06/14/2008, -2/+25Ummm... the the girl on the video was 13...
- dets, on 06/14/2008, -15/+37R. Kelly pisses on a underage girl? No problem
Mike Vick dog fights? Hang em' in town square.
Both are criminals and Vick's crime was immoral/wrong, BUT COME ON. Dogs > human being in the eyes of the media.
He will still sell records - TerrapinRangler, on 06/14/2008, -4/+26If the pee doesn't fit, you must acquit!
- 335io07, on 06/14/2008, -0/+22I wanna piss on you~ piss piss piss drip drip drip~
- andrew522, on 06/14/2008, -3/+24I call upon the power of the internets to provide this video.
- humperdinck, on 06/14/2008, -1/+21YOU'RE IN good company.
- inactive, on 06/14/2008, -0/+20Republican Party nomination.
- getisboy, on 06/14/2008, -1/+20hey maybe you can write a whole book about that
- skye196, on 06/14/2008, -1/+20I'm confused. Regardless of whether or not he was in the tape...didn't he still have possession of child porn? I'm pretty sure that if the government found those videos in anybody else's house, regardless of if they made it or not, they would be in prison pretty damn quickly.
- cyrix, on 06/14/2008, -5/+21What the hell is wrong with you people? Every famous ***** that gets arrested is not Nelson Mandela! Yes, the government conspires to put a lot of innocent black men in jail on fallacious charges. But R. Kelly is *not* one of those men! We all *know* the ***** can sing, but what happened to standards? What happened to bare minimums? Are you a fan of R. Kelly? You wanna help R. Kelly? Get some counseling for R. Kelly! Introduce him to some older women! Hide his camcorder! But don't pretend that the man is a hero!... And stop the damn dancing! Act like you've got some goddamn sense, people! Damn! I'm through playing around here!
- 00seven, on 06/14/2008, -4/+20Not that I don't think he's guilty, but based on what I read about the video, there is no clear shot that it was in fact R.Kelly and much of the prosecution was trying to prove that a mole that may be in the video was R Kelly's mole. That just sounds like a shaky way to pin someone. On a trial like this, there has to be no doubt whatsoever and I just didn't think the prosecution had enough to get the guilty verdict.
- dmadzak, on 06/14/2008, -2/+17See, people think that the courts are biased against minorities. Its more like courts are biased against the poor in this country. While more minorities are poor, if we fight the problem with justice as a racial bias we are fighting the wrong problem.
- MrSalty, on 06/14/2008, -1/+15No, stupid jurors who put fame over any other consideration overrules law.
- 9thisisme, on 06/14/2008, -0/+14so you like little kids too?
- greenlight2001, on 06/14/2008, -0/+14Just testing the waters...
- sloworbit, on 06/13/2008, -4/+18That's f*cked up deluxe.
- roosterjm2k2, on 06/14/2008, -4/+18One day people will realize that what you did or didn't do doesn't matter in court.
It's what the prosecution can make 12 of your peers think, beyond a reasonable doubt, you did.
Frankly, the evidence was weak. Camera wasn't clear enough for an ID, and both people supposedly on camera say it wasn't them. Not a lot of extra evidence.
Being found guilty/not guilty has little relation to actual guilt. - inactive, on 06/14/2008, -2/+15It has nothing to do with money, I think the Boondocks episode explains it pretty well, go watch that
- J16T3CH, on 06/14/2008, -0/+13This is a powerful victory for the american dollar, thats for sure! Just yesterday, I saw a video of a kid getting run over by a car for only 5 bucks!
- inactive, on 06/14/2008, -2/+15And Michael Jackson. Somehow he got acquitted of EVERYTHING too.
- swiftheart, on 06/14/2008, -0/+13The Scottish legal system allows juries to choose not guilty, guilty and a variant of not guilty called "not proven." It satisfies when jurors believe the person might have done it and don't want to call him "innocent" or "not guilty" but don't believe that the state has shown enough evidence to merit a guilty verdict.e
The reason it hasn't been adopted elsewhere is that it is, legally, worthless. It really is just a "not guilty" verdict, but it does allow the jury to shakes its finger at the defendant at least for a few seconds. - Flashypoo, on 06/14/2008, -0/+12Obligatory Boondocks reference.
