  • panicofficer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3This was already dugg in another fashion. Apparently teens in the UK have been using this tone for quite a while. I'm 25 and can hear it fine. My husband who is in his early 30s, however, cannot hear it. It's insanely annoying.
