- bryant, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12They need more notes for the piano. I wanted to do NSMB.
- phileplanet, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7I think they need more bars and maybe a download/send to feature.
- FullMetalMonkey, on 10/12/2007, -1/+31They need more CowBell!
- zone, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3check #43417 (SMB Koopa lvl)
- Hydroxyl, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Lol, NSMB.
- jguerry, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Zone, nice!
have you seen that kid playing a bunch of the mario themes blindfolded? then he took off the blindfold and was awesome. the best part is right after the bit you composed. ah the suspense!
- Saved, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2Very fun, but I agree with bryant, they needed more notes!
- ScottMaximus, on 10/12/2007, -41/+2I still cannot believe that ***** stole my bike
- elron, on 10/12/2007, -16/+6We still can't believe that you touch small children.
- Quake120, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Kind of like a Flash version of Fruity Loops. Not bad!
- Waltezmo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Like a poor version of fruityloops. The cool part about this is that people can submit and you can see what has been made, most of it is horrible.
- Snyder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Mr. Typorganism, I know Frutiy Loops, I've worked with Fruity Loops, and you sir are no Fruity Loops. ;)
It sure does look like FL Studio's GUI, though. Funny thing is I just got finished making a new song in FL Studio.
- plnegative1, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Turn up the tempo!!
- BlindIrishman, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9Wow, there sure are some talented musisians there.
- mglukhovsky, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6Oh dear God, I hope you mean that in sarcasm. O_o
- jaxshores, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2Actually number 43020 is pretty good, but most of them are too painful to listen to.
- techhit9908, on 10/12/2007, -11/+3If they implimented a feature where you could team up with other people to make music this would litterally be a music maker's wet dream.

Come on digger's help me out and go here: http://gh.ffshrine.org/soundtracks.php?r=3654 (367/1000) thanks to all whom have helped me out so far! - Lumiras, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4It's interesting, but it looks like it could use some work. the note buttons need to be a little bigger, and you should be able to restart the composition at any time, rather than waiting for it to come all the way back.
Still, it's nice - atluen, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Nice, I was a lil bored of falling sand, now if i can just get this on my google homepage DUGG
- mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1DELETION
- Lokissonne, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1This might be fun for the beginners but for those of us who worked with fruity loop(Or any other various looping program of your choice) its nothing. Its like a professional Pianist picking up one of the kids toy piano's.
- computerdude33, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1TOY PIANO? WHERE? _>
Must... play... - kodek, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4"...but for those of _us_..."
You just wanted to brag, didn't you?
- computerdude33, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1TOY PIANO? WHERE? _>
- Chaos12, on 10/12/2007, -5/+5Lame, too slow, and keyboard support only allows for 2 keys at once
- crawf061, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2good idea... didn't pan out... no digg
- isemism, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2This flash goes to 11
DUGG - pete10203, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2haha the time just passes away on that thing
- David01, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6I saw someone post a song called : digg.com
- NovaMonket, on 10/12/2007, -3/+3That was me. :)
- corygump, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1If you want to add this to your google pages just download this file
http://www.typorganism.com/visualcomposer/dna_visualcomposer.swf
And then use the code that is available at
http://www.typorganism.com/visualcomposer/visualcomposer.html
Just make sure you give the Author Credit for both the code and the SWF file :)- phileplanet, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1You know it says HTML isn't allowed eh?
- wabbiteh, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4It's pretty cool. Good concept, but needs more work. Notably:
Pause/Seek
Note/Drum preview
More notes
Ability to alter tempo
Easier to click buttons (or ability to 'paint' notes -- hold down on mouse and drag around to turn on all notes pointer goes over)
Better keyboard layout? [or maybe I just haven't gotten used to it]
And finally, if they wanted to go all-out: a rating system, or some way of filtering out the crappy compositions and pushing up the good ones.
'course, this is just an unrealistic wish-list. I doubt that this Flash toy is much more than something the author created for fun. If it was a large project, then the wish-list would apply. :) - Protoss, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2I wonder if it's blocked at school....
- D4r7h3v1l, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Whew, finally finished that sonata. That was a doozie.
- suicidal-kid, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2That is almost just like Punk-o-matic:
http://newgrounds.com/portal/view/147276 - shinynew, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1newgrounds has had atleast three things like this, only better.
- JustMatt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Is it my computer, or does this thing have a sort of unsteady beat. Some places where one note or beat is played continuously, it plays back sort of uneven.
- phileplanet, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2It isn't perfectly in time unfortunately; although if you play something on every eight-note, it makes the time a bit easier to work with.
- corygump, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2If you want to add this to your google pages just download this file
http://www.typorganism.com/visualcomposer/dna_visualcomposer.swf
And then use the code that is available at
http://www.typorganism.com/visualcomposer/visualcomposer.html
Just make sure you give the Author Credit for both the code and the SWF file :)- phileplanet, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2I think that if it were possible, the author would have let people know abuot it.
- corygump, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2What do you mean if it were possible? It is possible to download the file and host the visualcomposer on another site. You just look through the source to figure out where the file is.
- pr1mus, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1This is basic MIDI piano roll stuff. But this site makes it so much easier and less complicated to use.
- Mongoose, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3It's kind of laggy. I had difficulty making any kind of groove on the drumset aside from your basic "boom-chick" beat because the lag made it sound off.
- combatchuck, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1I'll stick with Impulse Tracker.
- rimco, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1IT rocks my socks... I've been writing music with that for over 7 years now.
- rimco, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5#43353 if anyone cares
- RamMasterRay, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Wow that's awesome I had your track on repeat while I was reading the comments. Really good job.
edit: Mine is 43346 - JustMatt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yeah, the cool thing is I can imagine this sounding really nice on a traditional piano, but at the same time could be a pretty cool trance song with the right instrumentation. Props for spending that much time with this thing :P
- RamMasterRay, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Wow that's awesome I had your track on repeat while I was reading the comments. Really good job.
- LoveDove, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I wish there was an option to go down or up an octave. It couldn't be that hard =(.
Oh well, I just wasted 2 hours on this thing. Hooray! - DjDimitrious, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2a better, real life version of this!
http://www.djdimitrious.com/set.jpg
:P- shinynew, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1a cheaper, Faster, Webbased version of your's http://www.typorganism.com/visualcomposer/index.html
- albel65, on 10/12/2007, -2/+243380 is my favorite
- keithharrison, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1#43321
- BigPapasan, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Mario Bros., #43417
- eatMorChikin, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Awesome!
- Satertek, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Nice, little off tempo sometimes but its still nice for being written in flash.
#43392 :) - alex.will, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I guess its kinda cool... Lame compared to Beaterator => http://beaterator.rockstargames.com/
- sembetu, on 10/12/2007, -1/+043562: Best. Beat. Ever. :)
- benlundquist, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Yeah in the 80's Haha Diggin it.
- lolwtfhaha, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0I couldn't get it to record anything on my ibook, firefox. I didn't try too hard though...
- benlundquist, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0You might want to look into Audio Hijack from Rouge Amoeba. That should do the trick.
- Headphoner, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Haha. Very cool. The percussion is sweet. :) Dugg!!
#43711 as Pow2. Hehe. - benlundquist, on 10/12/2007, -1/+043808 is the best, then 43811 is nice too. And I only made one of them. ; Low Polyphony Haha
- zachg, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2It would be better if you could program doubles and triplets. Not having those features definitely kills the ability to make a decent beat with the drum kit. But, it was fun to use once without those features.
- Durinthal, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2As a CS student that's secretly a music major.. it's not very good and doesn't appear to be remotely complex enough to warrant the available options, to be polite about it.
- Llan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1If you aren't able to make decent music with small measures you shouldn't make music at all...
- cybercat, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Hmm, seems the tempo doesn't work correctly, like my rhythms are off beat even though they are actually written "on beat" and would be played properly in other programs. :-/
- noneloud, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Haha, someone did "My Favorite Things" on three pages. Look at numbers 44129-44131. :-D
- Llan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Great, I did 44315 and 44322
- jguerry, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0check out 44394. if anyone wants to sign me based on this, lemme know. sorry i didn't do anything like mario or whatnot. two keys are only allowed. a triad is made of 3 notes...gay.
the cool thing about mine is if you continuously loop it, it doesn't the timing works out!
god i love flats. - PeeOnYou, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This makes me feel so much better about my own lack of musical talent. Apparently I'm in the majority.
- Dunce, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Kills time...thats the last thing i need!!!!
